At first we weren’t even going to bother entering the store because we thought everything would be out of our price range. We decided to go in anyways and were greeted by one employee who led us around the store like dogs on a leash, pointing out items that did not fit what we had asked for whatsoever. I told him we would look around and find him if we needed his assistance. Once we found a few items of interest, we were joyfully greeted by a bright smiled Lela! She got us wonderful deals on furniture and we ended up spending over 3 grand in the store BECAUSE OF HER! We since been back and have been looking to purchase more furniture. If it wasn’t for Lela we wouldn’t have bought a single thing. LelaIs wonderful and spent over an hour with us! We are now able to call her a true friend and our 6 month old daughter loves her! Lela deserves a raise and recognition for what she does!

Lela is absolutly fabulous!! She was so friendly when she greeted us at the door, gave us some space while we looked, and was there if we had any questions! A lot of the furniture here is sold as is so she told us to inspect all the way around the furniture to make sure there was nothing crazy damage wise. She found a big bag for us to take our cushions! She was such a wonderful lady :) great experience!!!!

Bought a mattress and L shape couch from here and had the best experience! Pick up was easy and my couch was there when they said it was going to be and Linda was lovely and very attentive. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that they never called me to let me know my couch was delivered and they are unreachable via phone it seems like! Other than that I’m in love with the quality of my couch and mattress !

Was greeted at the door told him what I was looking for and my budget wasn't there a half hour they took me to a couple options made my selection they guarantee delivery got it early home enjoying it thank you very much

Don't buy from here unless you want defective furniture, the company will say the furniture is supposed to be broken!!Bought a kitchen table and six chairs. The chairs arrived looking like they were covered in dirt and had defects in the paint. I've reached out multiple times now and they say someone is going to contact me to come look at the chairs. I've scrubbed them multiple times with no success.Update: A tech came out to try to clean the chairs. With no success he said they'd need to be replaced. Johnny Janosiks customer service said they submitted the pictures to the manufacturer and after waiting 3 weeks the manufacturer said this is what the chairs are supposed to look like!! There are literally cracks in the wood!!!

Bought a dinning set with bureau, took out the Guardsman extra warrenty. Don't normally as always some loop hole bit figured it cost a lot. Table is peeling, contacted Johnny Janosik and told can't use warrenty as didn't notified them immediately when it happened (although takes them weeks to communicate). Finally sent a technician who said it needs replacing too big a job. Call from Johnny Janosick the next day saying upper management states it is normal wear and tear so won't do anything. Absolutely disgusting. DONT BUY THEIR WARRANTY. Think twice about quality of furniture too, it isn't that good.

No possibility for zero stars, too bad. Never again, fooled me twice.Johnny Janosik sells used furniture in worse shape than Bob's Discount Furniture. We purchased a new over-$1000 92" media console it came dented , scratched, uneven doors. We complained to Kat our sales person, so the sales manager called us to apologize, warehouse manager called us to schedule pick up and delivery of new console, they would take care of it. Today, the delivery men looked at unit we were returning and left it at our house, they said, and showed me pictures of one on the truck , old one in our house was in better shape than the new one on the truck. I guess I have to drive to Maryland for new furniture as Johnny Janosik has become a used furniture (sold as new) dealer..

Bought sectional early november.....Bought coverage.....end if December the unit had 2 big issues with broken parts and difficulty in retracting recliners. Made claim........box of parts came...notified customer service......NO communication for last three weeks.......spent almost $4000.00 would like replacement or different brand replacement

We went to the outlet store just north of the big store in Dover. We went to buy one piece we already saw, and we left with three. Linda is really nice and didn't pressure us. A great experience.

Great experience. From the attentive and helpful sales person(Don Fry) to the white glove delivery, we are very pleased with everything. Mr. Fry's service was exceptional and we love the new furniture! Highly recommend.

This business has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! You can't get through to live people using their phone system- if messages are left they are not returned. I ordered furniture in August and was told part of my order would have to wait until late November as it is on back order. No problem! Come mod December I tried calling to no avail. Finally got a person from Laurel store who helped transfer me to Dover store. The person tells me my chairs have been delayed until October 2022 (10 more Month wait!) . I asked why no one called to inform me and she had no answer. I was told I can come pick out other chairs yet they won't match the table and server I already have. I am out of state but went into store and still no one could help me . I was going to buy a couch and asked if they would discount and after like an hour and two different managers they told me they could take $70 off a 2000 couch! I went to Macys and got a nicer couch for cheaper!Will never go to JJ again!

This place has the worse customer service. Walked into the store with my family and was ignored for over an hour. Found my own pieces and had to find someone to help me as a group was lounging over the front couch section. Service once have a sales rep was unbelievable. Had a sales poster falsely advertising prices. Finally after multiple pushes had them honor it. They delivered my furniture after 12 weeks and it was a mess and disgusting. Black finger prints and old dust all over white furniture so much so I could write my name in the furniture and it looked almost yellow. They incorrectly delivered the order and didn't take back the incorrect chairs which have now been sitting in my house cause they refuse to wiggle with delivery times as if everyone works a 8 to 5. Managers, Directors and above have yet to return my calls or emails and then I get a damn invoice for them. This place is a joke. They damaged my home and "submitted a claim" and have yet to hear from their 3rd party delivery vendors. I now walk into my bedroom and see this scrap across my hard wood floors. Going on almost 6 months now. Strictly asked for their truck not to pull into our drive way due to it might crack part of the concrete more they refused and pulled in anyway. Guess what cracked my drive way. Spent over 8K here and I should have just gone to Lazy Boy directly. The reviews are true to this place. I'll be taking all my future business elsewhere. They need a lesson in service and law apparently. Do not buy here I promise you it'll be a mistake for your wallet!

I had a great experience with Johnny Janosik. When I went into the store, Kelly, the General Manager greeted me warmly. Once I told her what I was looking for (I am preparing to move into a newly constructed home), she put me in touch with Deanie the designer, and JoAnn the sales rep.Thanks to Kelly, JoAnn and Deanie I was able to furnish the first phase of my furniture plan. Deanie and JoAnn worked to ensure everything "fit" the space in terms of style, color, and size. They're so well prepared that if you come in with your floor plans and paint colors they will make everything just "work."You won't be disappointed with the Dover team!!!Note: There may be delays with shipping due to supply chain issues due to COVID, but they're very upfront on whether the item(s) is in stock. If you ask, you can focus just on what is in stock.

Well I have to admit - dealing with Kelly at the Dover store was OUTSTANDING! Sales people really do make or break your experience and Kelly made mine the best. If you need furniture you need to talk to Kelly, she cares, she follows up, she returns phone calls and makes sure you get what you want. She went beyond my expectations and when I order new furniture, I will call her!
