Quality service! The owner (Jessica) and mechanics are wonderful. They always treat customers and their vehicles with dignity and respect. They are extremely proficient and knowledgeable regarding vehicle safety, repair needs, and more. I proudly take each of my vehicles to them. I appreciate the quality service, fair pricing and additional mechanical educational tidbits that come along with each service. I highly recommend J's R Us!

Horrible customer service by the owner Jessica. She’s very unprofessional. I will never do business there or allow my family to go back there. Latinos being nasty toward Latinos bad rep.

I've used Js for multiple vehicles over the past 2-3 years. All of the positive reviews are accurate. They are very honest and fair. Jessica works hard to find parts that are affordable and reliable for customers. She's very knowledge and does her best to give you a true picture of whatever is going on with your vehicle. I saw a review that said she was nasty, that surprised me because even when I can tell she's tired or stressed, she's always professional and accommodating. Sometimes it's hard to believe someone is really honest and fair in this this day and age, it's almost too good to be true. Despite being in a pandemic, and there being a serious shortage on parts and labor- Js keeps showing me that they are the real deal.

Ill never take my car anywhere else again. They do amazing work, the women up front are incredibly nice, and Jessica (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable. They answer any questions you have and will take the time to explain how things work so you aren't confused. There's no pushing to do all these things to your car that have nothing to do with the problem you're trying to fix (like just about all other shops do). They're quick, too! We've been going here for at least 6 years. Bought 3 cars from them and haven't had a single issue. They only needed regular maintenance. One still going strong well over 200k miles. I screwed up and tried to go to a friend's car shop and they completely annihilated my car. If I had just taken it to Js R Us, I would still be driving it. No doubt about it. Think about it every day. This is the place to go for all your car needs, including purchasing a vehicle.Edit- I saw a review saying they stole someone's catalytic converter. They would never do that. When you take your car ANYWHERE, they state they aren't responsible for your belongings if something were to happen. I guarantee some low life probably saw it outside and took it. People suck. Js R Us would never.
