I enjoy shopping at this store. When purchasing items for relatives who live in different states, I can get gift receipts if it is needed for exchange. The selection is good and the prices reasonable.

I ordered candles from online and when I received them they were all over the box. Luckily they did not break but the candles have gashes in them the lids had candlle residue on them. There were protective bubble wrap but just thrown in the box. The candles were not individually wrapped or stable in box. There is no where online to report since they were not broken. Very unsatisfied.

On my last visit, it wasn't the best yet again. I entered the store looking for something to use my Klohs cash on before it expires, and after a short while, I proceeded to leave upon leaving i see what appears to be an air fryer in between the doors, I felt this was odd so I went to tell the cashier and as she was reading a book she rudely brushed me off say I'll handle it, as if I was disturbing her. #kindness is free

Went to return 3 different simple Amazon packages today and the guy that was doing it was laughing at everything I brought in and making inconsiderate comments about all of it. And then an older female manager ended up coming over as she was leaving and made some inconsiderate remarks acting like my husband and I weren’t standing there having them returned. I didn’t catch there names but my husband and I weren’t very happy about how they acted while we were standing there. They were both very rude and laughed and joked about something that wasn’t necessary and extremely offensive.

Not stocked very well. Didn't see a single employee except at the register. Nothing in the shoe or houseware department had a price on it. Almost all of the signs said something like dispay not functioning. Frustrating. Ended up leaving and going to Target.

The store has a pretty great selection but the fact that there are no price scanners make me want to not return and just shop elsewhere.

Hit or miss shopping
Shoe dept was really messy
Very few floor personnel...shop on your own...got a question... you are out of luck finding help

Be sure to examine your purchases carefully. I did not and found dry rot which resembled clorox-like damage on clothes.

Kohl’s has a customer service issue. The managers are just as rude as the staff. I will be shopping elsewhere!

My wife and I went to Kohls looking for gifts that the grandchildren wanted for Christmas from Kohl's.
Online it shows that they have what they wanted but when you get to the store, they tell us what we want is not on the floor or they don't sell what we wanted at that store.
Complete waste of time.
