The staff here are kind and helpful! I’ve never had an issue with service. It is especially fast, if I’ve made an appointment beforehand. I’ve been going here for years and will continue to go!

My 2 year old was pricked twice with a needle due to lack of skill by the staff. His blood was drawn on the second try. When the result came only 2 tests were performed out of 5 now that is incompetence ang negligence. Do NOT come here.

I don’t understand the purpose of having an appointment if they are going to keep taking the walk ins first. My son wasn’t seen until an hour after his appointment time.

The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. This is suppose to be in the healthcare field where you as a medical professional, have patience and sympathy for people with questions or don’t fully understand. They gave attitude to my husband and I for having questions and even saw them muttering under their breath because an older lady had a question. Very disappointing and will not be using this location again.

The one staff that handled me is very rude i've been to labcorp and a healthcare but that's not the way you treat your patients. No patient care very aggressive on getting blood. I wont recommend this place it's a horrible experience

Customer service is definitely not a priority here. Checked in on the kiosk and it prompted me to go to the desk. I went to the desk and stood in front of the lady for 9 minutes. One of the white coats came out and asked if she could help me thankfully. She said I was already checked in and I was good to go and the lady at the desk was shaking her head like it way MY fault? Fire her....

Excellent customer service. Gloria and Jave were very professional and friendly. The kiosk check-in was very easy. The location is very nice and clean. Highly recommended.

New insurance forced me to return back to this horrible medical practice. Lab Corp is still TRASH! The staff is really rude and incompetent! Improper billing and poor lab draws! I’ve had the same blood work done for years and they still cannot perform the proper tests!

I was wary of this location after seeing reviews but I could not have had a better experience. All of the ladies were kind and very sweet to my 10 month old who needed bloodwork. They were very understanding with a baby and it was truly appreciated. There was also a problem with my orders which they quickly helped me resolve by working with the pediatricians office. I’m so thankful we had a great experience here at a tough time when my baby isn’t feeling well!!

I was at Lab Corp in Eden Hill in Dover Delaware on 3/1 to get labs from 3 different doctors done. They did 2 of the labs and ran into a snag on the 3rd. They couldn’t do it because I had an unpaid bill of over $800. The reason for that is I have dual insurance and on a previous trip there only 1 insurance was put in the system. A HUGH shout out to Valarie who drew my labs. She went above and beyond to contact the main Lab Corp and explain why there was a bill. She gave them my other insurance information and was able to finish my labs. She stayed past closing just to help me and finish my labs. I’m so grateful for her help. I can’t stress enough how refreshing it was to interact with someone like Valarie, who cares about people. The bill is now taken care of. Thank you again Valarie ?

Shauna is the only one getting people done she is a good worker Gloria is a great nurse those two saved my experience other people where rude avoiding work and totally unorganized fire the whole staff except Shauna and Gloria and one other nurse don’t know her name I will not return to this lab Corp hope you fix this place it’s horrible thank god for these women

If I could rate this a zero I would the staff was very rude! The technician who took my blood left a huge bruise was very ruff and not caring at all this was a horrible experience and I am searching t speak with who is in charge of this facility.. I am a phlebotomist myself and would never treat a patient how i was treated. Also the technician drew out of the order of draw which is very important when it comes to test results. This location needs new phlebotomist or need to be shut down in all
