Absolute nightmare of a place. Wife went to have her blood drawn. No organization. She got put into room 3. Did a urine sample first came back into the room for blood draw and someone else was in there getting there blood taken. They then call her in to take her blood. With the other persons blood still in the room and did not clean between people.

I had a physical on Monday and was given a FIT Test Kit to drop off at the lab. I work from home and had a window to drop it off. I checked to see what times they were open and they close at 1:30pm M-F. I arrived with about 6 minutes to spare. The lab tech behind the desk was on her cell phone and when she finally acknowledged me, she asked if she could help me. I told her why I was there and she was perplexed with my answer, so I said it again and then she told me to sign in.There was no one else in the waiting room and now there were 5 techs behind the glass window. They called my name and I handed the specimen in the kit and the tech was once again, perplexed. An older, worn tech stepped up and proceeded to bash the office next to them and said they dropped off several kits yesterday and said, "they always do this". I replied that I was given the kit on Monday at my appointment. She responds with a snarky tone, "well, we'll just give them the benefit of the doubt."They refused to accept my specimen, handed me a new kit and the older tech says, "No need to mail it!". I responded with, "Right, because I have to drop it off, correct?" She laughs, "yes". I replied, "It isn't very convenient when you close at 1:30pm every day!"Horrible customer service. It was obvious they all wanted to leave.A 7 hour work day and they can't wait to head out the door, rather than offer to fill out the necessary labels to use my sample.Bad mouthing the clinic with 27 providers right next to your office is not a good idea, either. Now, I have to do it all over again, find a window in the MIDDLE of my work morning to drop off a sample with this very specific tube of the exact same preservative as the one before.I will most certainly let people know there are multiple sites for LabCorp in this area and not just this one.

Came in for a pre employment drug screening. I was told the only way to check it was via kiosks in the lobby. The kiosk I used was damaged. It swayed like it was going to fall over if I pushed the screen too hard and the "tray" to hold the ID was missing. Also there were no apparent accessibility options on the kiosk and I was required to enter in personal information such as my birthrate and address in full view of the rest of the lobby. I don't feel that Labcorp cares about the confidentiality of my personal information

I have had lab work performed at this particular Labcorp before and I was satisfied then and I am more than satisfied now. They have a new routine of checking in for your appointment which is fantastic. You place your driver's license on the reader and the information shows up on the reader. You do not have any human interaction at all. When you are about to be called a text is sent to you. I did my lab test, blood test and I was out of Labcorp in 35 minutes. Staff was courteous and did their job with great efficiency and experience.

Saturday hours are WRONG ON GOOGLE. They close at 10:00am not 11:00am. Drove over here in the rain with my 2 year old and discovered that ?

Arrived for a 1hr glucose test at 9:20a on Saturday with the understanding that they closed at 11am (as stated on their website). I needed this test done by an appointment I had on Wednesday. Upon arrival I noticed the door mentioned they closed at 10am and not 11am. I confirmed closing time with the receptionist, who confirmed it was 10am. Asked if they were aware of the websites saying 11am and she rudely replied that they were aware but they couldn’t take me for the testing. If you’re aware of the misinformation, it’s best to change it so people can plan accordingly or acknowledge your error and honor the test. The hours during the week are 6a-1:30p, which most working people cannot accommodate. Feel like I’m paying for their misinformation and they have taken no responsibility for their wrong. It’s unprofessional and receptionists staff were very rude about it.

Worst lab Ive ever been to. I ignored the other bad reviews and it came back to bite me. This place should be shut down. Waited an hour only to be told they couldn't do my labwork because they close in "one minute". Also the apparently on Saturday they close at 10, not 11. They don't care about the patients, the manager doesnt care about the close time listed being wrong. Rude staff. I HIGHLY recommend finding a different one.

I have gone here for years 1078 S State Ste 2, Dover, DE 19901. I would like to thank everyone for their hard work. The staff is always pleasant, very quick check in, in and out, bathroom is clean, and the lab rooms are very clean. Everyone there is always on point and great team work I love that. Thank you all for all that you.

My experience at this facility was not pleasing to say the least. I sat there for 30-40 minutes. I approached the counter only to have a Caucasian female totally ignore me.She proceeded to address another client who was yelling from her seat rather than speak to me at her counter. She explained to the woman in a loud voice the very reason I had approached her window. She explained that some people have appointments and that is why they are able to be seen prior to others. I understand; however, that information should be posted or spoken when you see individuals sitting for greater than 30 minutes. It is never, ever appropriate to disregard someone at your counter!Needless to say I will not visit this establishment again. It was also without heat!

LabCorp Dover is awesome. Make sure to download the app, make your appointment and add to your calendar. I was a few minutes late but was still taken next vs the 5 walk-ins. Staff is extremely friendly {Stephanie and all} They work the check-in as well as lab work but still get you in and out, so be kind.

The ladies here are incompetent. The hospital faxed over paperwork two times and they have no idea where it disappeared. Did they look? No. But, they have time to be on their phones. Two wasted trips at the crack of dawn.

I swear, I've never gone here before with a fully-pleasant experience. The desk staff are commonly either short or passive-aggressive with everyone. Had one evidently named "Sylvia LabCorp" (since her last name on her badge was conveniently fully covered by a LabCorp sticker, which always bodes well for employees of any business that have to wear name tags) that was getting kind of dismissive and sideways with me when I was trying to give information about why I was there today. The people who draw blood here commonly do it in a fashion that leaves me with the impression that they're trying to assassinate me. They have a habit of jamming the drawing needle hard into my arm, not trying to be careful with how hard they push in or pull out blood vials from the needle, and then hastily yanking the needle back out. My arm typically feels dead and sore for half of the day after I leave this place, and I commonly develop a bruise at the drawing site later on. None of the rooms/chairs seem to be sanitized between patients, either.Just go to the one over at Eden Hill. It's worth the time and effort over this place.
