I can not stress enough how wonderful the ladies here are. The instructors and the other classmates are so helpful. It was intimidating at first but after just 2 classes I felt so welcome.

I was following the Lady Lifters page for about 9 months before taking the plunge and actually coming in for a class. That decision to take the plunge was the best decision I have ever made. I have taken my life back in so many ways. I'm down 40 pounds since starting in October of 2017. My confidence is up, my clothes fit better, my endurance is increasing and I'm getting stronger each day. More importantly I have found a group of women who are re-learning how to love themselves the same way I am. As a single mom working 2 jobs I used to put everyone and everything before myself but since beginning this journey, my time at Lady Lifters comes before everyday life. I highly recommend this gym to any woman who is looking to take control of their life, their health and their future.

I joined Lady Lifters to lose weight and get toned up, but have noticed one more (unexpected) change. I've been a chronic pain sufferer now for about eight years, but have seen a notable difference in my stiffness issues since starting a few weeks ago. I looked for an excuse not to keep going after the first class, but quickly realized that the little muscle soreness I was having is nothing compared to the benefits of building muscle! I no longer dread putting my feet on the floor in the morning, there is no more wincing from pain. Gigi rocks!
