The move in experience was really good. However, here I want to list a few warnings to future residents:1- They raise your rent by at least $200 after one year. If you decide to go month to month, you will be charged extra $150 monthly on top of the regular raise.2- The leasing office could be a little more organized with paperwork but overall decent service.

I could write a book on the disaster the last few months have been with this place. To begin, I never received any information about renewing my lease which was to end on 1/30/23. When I called, I was told my lease automatically renewed in October. It took calls after calls to get this straight. I finally received the offer to renew on 1/30/23, the same day my lease ended!!! I sadly signed it and returned it on 2/3/23 agreeing to stay, never heard anything. I followed back up as I was told I would need to sign a new lease. I call and finally speak to the manager on 3/8/23 who has me on hold so long so that when they close at 6, I get hung up on. He did not respond to me until 3/9/23 in the afternoon via EMAIL. In that email he states my new lease started on 3/7/23. How? The lease states it starts on the date of the notice. Also, my lease references more Maryland codes than Delaware codes. It is now 3/31 and I have yet to receive a response back. Now there is an issue with our lock on the front door. I submitted this request via the portal on 3/20/23. With no follow up, I called on 3/28. I received a call back on 3/28 that someone would be looking at it that day. 3/31, nobody has been there. The lack of communication is insane. I can only imagine the nightmare that move out will be.

While I had no complaints while living there, moving out was a disaster! I am currently going back and forth with them to get my security deposit back which was $1000. They are trying to charge me a $1500+ reletting fee when I gave them a 60 day notice that I would be vacating at the end of my lease term! I even confirmed it a week later to make sure they have it in their system that I will be moving out. They are crooks beware!!!

This is my second year at Leander Lakes and my last year. Service request takes forever to get done. My Dryer is broken and I submitted service request on 11/24/22. It's 12/15/22 and my Dryer is still broken. No one has called, nothing. I pay a lot money to stay here and the management is BAD.Thank you for your response. I did speak with someone but it’s Jan 3rd and my dryer is still broken. I pay $2000 for rent and for that amount of money this should not be happening. I asked for some type of compensation for this inconvenience, that was dismissed. I would like to speak with someone from the Corporate Office.

It's been over a month and my Dryer is still broken. I pay $2000 a month for rent and for that amount of money this should not be happening. I asked for some type of compensation for this inconvenience, but that was dismissed. I have to spend money transporting and using public dryers at public Laundry facilities to dry my clothes. I can't go on living without a basic necessity that should be provided to me which I pay for each month.

I am not normally one to leave reviews however I had the most wonderful experience today during my tour. Jessica was amazing I am moving to Delaware retiring from the United States Air Force in January.I have toured many places the last few days and sure they were okay places and okay tours however today was reassuring to me that passion and pride in what one does still exists. Jessica was patient kind bubbly warm and knows her product and presents it well. Thank you Jessica for your kindness and patience with a old gal today and for lending a ear when I needed it most. Lost my partner not long ago so this was emotional for me. Your recommendation on a good lunch spot was much appreciated and it was delightful. I will see you soon with my application doll.

I recently moved my family half way across country for a new job. Jessica has gone the extra mile since our first contact in helping us get into a unit. She's extremely polite and professional and has helped us each step of the process. The property itself is in a great location and the rest of the tenants that I've met so far seem to really like it here.

I’ve been a resident of this Lovely Community for over one year. The Office Staff is Amazing, helpful, Friendly and complete Service requests/maintenance issues in a very timely manner. Jessica and the Staff have creative events on a regular basis for the Entire Community to enjoy. I feel Safe here, and you get your moneys worth for what you pay in rent.

When I was in the process of finding a place to rent, I wanted to be somewhere that was accommodating, affordable, safe, and beautiful. I found it all here at Leander Lakes. The view from the balcony of my apartment is fabulous. With the design of the complex, I'm able to see the lake with the ducks, the well maintained landscape, pool, gym, dog park, grills, and clubhouse. I love my high ceilings as well. I was able to put a 9ft Christmas Tree up last year. ?The layout of my 3 bedroom 2 bath is perfect. The staff is absolutely amazing. The manager Jessica is very friendly, kind, and professional. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect within your apartment and complex. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and professional. I love how they put booties on their shoes when they come in and they always arrive in a timely manner. My smoke detector battery needed to change, so I called Jessica and she had maintenance out to change it the same day. I already recommended a family member to move here and I will recommended others.
