This is my second time ordering an appliance from this Lowe’s. The first time I ended up requesting a refund, because the delivery date moved so many times that it wasn’t even worth buying from them anymore. We ended up getting a stove from somewhere else.
This time, I ordered a washer on Saturday for delivery Thursday, they’ve already rescheduled it twice. The first time she called because the truck just didn’t show up, the second time I had to call to find out. “The truck broke down” …so you only have one delivery truck? Horrible customer service again, and again.

I really don't understand the reasoning in having everyone use self checkout when there's an employee hovering over you the entire time you're checking yourself out. If you can, go to the Lowes in Camden. This one sucks. I love Lowes, but stay away from this one. If you do an online order to be picked up in the store you're guaranteed to at least wait between 35 mins to an hour in line just to talk to someone. It's horrible. I placed an order in September and I finally got the last of my items the first week of November. From now on, I'll do ship to home if I can't get it at the Camden Lowes that day.

I ordered a riding lawn mower from Lowe’s and it was supposed to be delivered on march 5th after 4 so I wouldn’t miss work the night before they texted me saying between 11 and 3 so I had to call out the. Comes 330 and nothing I called to see what was going on they said it wasn’t coming because it wasn’t built yet. I told them no one let me know and they just said we can reschedule and I made it for the 11 in the afternoon noon so I wouldn’t miss work and the promised it would be in the afternoon the night before they sent an email and text saying it would show up between 0730 and 1130 am so again I missed work and again it never showed up I called and they said it wasn’t built yet and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain that’s what they said on the 5 th so I cancelled the order and will no longer be shopping at Lowe’s it’s one thing to mess up but it’s another thing to not care about it at all

Horrible service.
Needed plexiglass cut, they sell 4x8 sheets and I wanted it cut 18x70 inches. The lady said she can't reach the cutter so sure can't cut it for me, I said you have a step stool right there she said no I'm not allowed to cut that big of a piece o said well call someone who can and she said no we don't do it.
It's ok because of her they lost my business, not only that I went to SMYRNA HARDWARE and they actually cut me a piece of plexiglass I wanted by hand and then only charged me for the piece they cut, so it was a win for me, I won't buy anything like that from Lowe's anymore the people are lazy and don't care about the customer

I’ve had two disappointing experiences at this Lowe’s where customer service was lacking. Despite multiple employees being on the floor and seemingly available, no one offered to help or seemed willing to assist when I asked. As a customer who spends a significant amount of money, I expect to feel valued, but instead, I left feeling ignored and unappreciated. It’s frustrating when a store has the resources to provide good service but falls short. I hope Lowe’s improves its customer service because this kind of experience makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Had a fridge set to be delivered on 2/6. The fridge was to big according to the 3rd party delivery team. Was told I could call and do an exchange. This was 100% a lie I find out after 6 calls (2 to this store with no response) that an exchange isn't an option. Lowes and this location staff need to be better about lies they share to customers. I am now waiting for a refund that can take 2 weeks to maybe reorder. Definitely considering going else where for the fridge.

My boyfriend is currently there and has been waiting 25 minutes for help on a light socket! Ridiculous. Tried calling the store the electric department and customer service and no one answers! How hard is it to get some help wow went to the desk twice and they said some one is coming. Ugh

Dover Lowes has went so far down hill it's not funny. Can't find a soul to help you anymore.
The people they do have "working" sit on stools and play on their phones at the registers.
Then the hair bonnets and bedroom slippers did it for me.
They hire anyone. Employees can't even answer simple questions. What is the point.

I was there twice trying to get the right part. Walked the whole store and no one around. The returns department's customer service is pathetic. Even the music was lame.
