Kawain was amazing to work with, didn’t hover over me while most sales people do while purchasing beds and furniture. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect bed. I purchased the Tempurpedic Breeze With the pro smart base. And once I left, I had such a great experience that I called him back and asked him to price out 2 other beds for my daughters. I highly recommend this place and ask for Kawain.

It was a very good experience. The associate was knowledgeable, however I did have to pull the information from him. He did acknowledge my entering the store by standing and stepping away from the desk but I was more vocal. I even had to ask him his name. But I did not mind. I knew what I was looking for and got what I came for (memory foam pillows). I hope that they arrive sooner than later. I REALLY NEED THEM! I'm recovering from an work relared auto accident and I need stability for my head, neck and spine.I like Mattress Firm because they don't sale you on any thing you don't need or want. They steer you in the right direction based on the information you provide.

My sales guy was very helpful from my phone call before my in store visit through the payment process and then finally helping out by tying done the queen box spring to the roof my SUV. The price was definitely in my budget and the customer service was excellent. I’m definitely a customer for life.

Kawain was an incredible help and made my experience fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and let me try everything so I could make the right decision. Christian did a great job explaining the quality of the mattress to me. I wasn't sure about the mattress until I sat on it. It was so comfortable. I'm sure I will be getting a better night's sleep from now on zzzzzz!
