The Towing Company with heart of gold! I was stuck, locked out of my rental car with a dead battery in a field in Dover . Luckily Mac, the owner, came to the rescue. He really went above and beyond to help me make sure I was able to catch my flight out of PHL. He was quickly able to get me into the vehicle and jumpstarted, but then when there was an antitheft function he was unable to bypass, he gave me a ride to town in order to catch my rideshare to the airport. This was after he tried everything in the book to get the ignition out of anti-theft, and then even asked his wife to go over to the local rental agency to check at the counter for a availability of a replacement. Mac and Mc Kinney's are a company of integrity that's becoming more rare in this world. Have full trust in Mc Kinney's if you ever need assistance.

Shout out to April for being the most patient person ever!! She was so helpful and got it done. Also to the very fast driver. He was a sweetheart. He was of maybe 10 mins. He was fast but very attentive to his surroundings and the truck.

Extremely helpful and fast. Had a driver to me in about 20 minutes and tire fixed. Both the driver and who i spoke with on the phone - Mac I think were very friendly! Definitely would use them again.

SCAM!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS i waited well over an hour for them and then get a call saying there trucks are down and it's gonna be another $70 on top of the $250 they already took from me and said it would be another hour wait. When I asked for a refund they said i couldn't get a full refund and kept $30. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
