“I work in the public so I have to stay up on my COVID-19 TESTING for the Safety of the public and for myself as well. I can tell when the COVID numbers are on the rise because it may take 48--72 hours for the results instead of the regular 24 hours turnaround. I appreciate all of their hard work. I don't have to go inside because for safety sake their nurses come out to your vehicle. They get high praises from me because I know all too well about working with the public's demands. Customer service is my life. I'm mindful of The Good Rule:. DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU.”

They are always nice, friendly and patient even though they are understaffed and over crowded. “David Traxler NP was terrific. He listened carefully, patiently allowed me to describe my symptoms, and then diagnosed and prescribed appropriately. Unfortunately the bronchitis he diagnosed later progressed to lung infiltrates and atelectasis but his Christiana colleagues in Rehoboth then also provided great care. I appreciate knowing Christiana Urgent Care in Dover is such a wonderful healthcare resource.”
