They are always nice, friendly and patient even though they are understaffed and over crowded. They do their best to get to everyone as soon as possible, always making the experience go as best as possible.”

“Nikki is absolutely phenomenal! I visited the urgent care this evening because my nephews both needed immediate physicals in order to play for this upcoming season. I was stressed and worried that we would not make it in time to fulfill their requirements. Nikki calmed me down and was beyond thorough every step of the way! Her kind demeanor and reassuring nature made the entire process an enjoyable experience. Her urgency and attention to care made all of the difference! We have our primary doctor, but we will absolutely be back after the gracious attentiveness and loving care provided by Nikki, Jenn, Alisa!!!!”
