I was impressed by Mavis's customer service. I had two pants tailored but were too short. I called the store and spoke with her and she was extremely professional and told me to bring the pants in. When I got to the store, she made sure the right measurements were made and she did so with a nice customer service attitude. I was impressed by her professionalism.

I have been her a few times but the last couple times that I have been I have been helped by Gwen and she is really helpful and awesome. Highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a good suit or outfit or options she is the one to go to.

Went to men’s warehouse and when I was about to leave the car would not start. Called roadside assistance. They said they would be about 2 hours. Not only did they let me wait in the store but also gave me a chair to sit in while I wait. Great customer service!! Shout out to Natasha and Angel!!

They were so great and really helped my dad with his tux for his grandsons wedding. They were friendly and everything was ready on the date they said. They were vested in his occasion and were happy to answer any question we had. They took their time to listen and deliver!! I highly recommend this place if you're in need of a suit for the man in your life.

Jimmy is a pro at what he does. He explains everything and understands what the customer wants and helps them incision their goal. I’ve bought 3 suits from him in the past few months and I highly recommend him and this store.

Amazing customer service! Very LGBTQ+ friendly. The sales associate helped dress my masc. presenting girlfriend for a wedding from head to toe. They hyped her up so much and gave her the full sales experience showing her how she can customize suits in the future for upcoming events. They even put a rush order in to get her outfit tailored in less than a week. BIG shoutout to the sales staff as well as the tailor for making this experience so painless.

if i could give 0 stars i would My partner suit was not the right size although they took measurements they didn’t do anything to fix it as much money we spent im extremely angry and will be telling everyone to not shop here. this is so disappointing.

Top notch service as always. I have been here a few times to get a suit in a rush for my sons or husband, I am never disappointed. Damien helped us this last time, he was knowledgeable and professional.

I did not get the name of our sales associate today, but he was fantastic at helping my daughter (who was ignored at previous stores), with finding shirts and toes to accentuate her suits. He went above and beyond to help her find things that fit both her style and her price range!

Worst experience I’ve ever had getting a suit for wedding. Live over an hour away and had to drive back 3 times to still end up getting a suit/vest that was too small for me because they forgot to send the correct one to my house. Was measured wrong the first time, then new size was supposed to be sent to my house and day before wedding still never had it. Had to come back and buy the one I knew was too small. This place is horrible to deal with, I wouldn’t go back if they paid me

I rented a tux from Mens Wearhouse for my sons prom. I picked it up since he had school, he tried it on when he got home and the jacket was gigantic. It turns out they gave him a 43R jacket when the receipt and pick ticket stated he needed a 34. I took the jacket back as soon as he got home and tried it on, he had to work and could not come with me. The employees at the store were great and tried to fix it, to include calling tux support. The end result was basically sorry about your luck, we can’t help. Long story short(too late). I ended up having to buy a suit so my son could be properly dressed for his prom. The store employees were very nice and tried to fix but I am still a bit miffed that I ended up having to buy a suit for $400 instead of renting one for my senior who May out grow it before he ever has to use it again. I am only giving it two stars because the staff was nice. Photos below of the jacket we received.

We visited the Dover, DE store on Saturday April 11, 2022 to purchase a suit for my college son’s upcoming formal dance. I drove from New Jersey to Maryland to the store in Dover. It was a lot of driving.When we purchased the suit, we knew the pants would need to be hemmed. We were told that they would be marked in the store. Since they said they could not hem the pants quickly, I said I could take them home with me and have them hemmed at our local Men’s Wearhouse, which is about a half hour from where we live. Since my son would be home for Easter, I could give them to him when he comes home. The man who waited on us told me they were marked and although there were only two marks just below the back of my son’s knee area, he said that was fine. When I returned my son and his girlfriend to college, I again looked at the pants and observed that there were no markings at the hem area. I therefore called the Dover store out of concern and was once again assured that this was a “universal marking” used at all Men’s Wearhouse locations and that our store in N.J. would know exactly what it means. To be clear: I told both salespeople with whom I interacted that their markings were important because my son would not be with me when the pants were being hemmed.Well, I just returned from the local Men’s Wearhouse in N.J. I met with the manager who, upon examination of the pants and the chalk lines, informed me that there was absolutely nothing they could do to hem the pants as there were no hem line markings. The only opportunity we have to get these pants hemmed now is Easter weekend, which is highly unlikely. I can do them myself if I have to, but I want them to be professionally done and look good. It’s an expensive item and it deserves to be handled correctly.The manager of our store called the Dover store and was apparently treated very disrespectfully, and I certainly saw the look on her face while she was trying to explain their error. The male with whom she spoke talked down to her as if she was stupid, she reported to me, and it made her very angry. I am disgusted all the way around. The Dover store wasted my time and money. I hope that corporate handles them appropriately.
