I came into the store knowing exactly what I wanted and was ready to make a purchase. I had my 4-year-old daughter with me, and as young kids sometimes do, she reached toward one of the makeup displays. Before she even touched anything and before I had a chance to respond, the sales associate abruptly pointed at her and said loudly, “Don’t touch that little girl, you don’t touch anything.”
That reaction was completely unnecessary, especially considering I was standing right there and fully capable of parenting my own child. I wasn’t even given a moment to handle the situation myself.
The fact that a stranger, especially someone working in customer service, thought it was appropriate to speak to a child like that is beyond baffling. It was rude, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable.
I’m the fourth generation in my family to shop at Merle Norman, but after that experience, I walked out without buying anything. We will be taking our business to Ulta from now on.
Disappointing and disheartening.

Roni is fantastic! I have been seeing her for the past 3 months and every time she has made sure that my appointment is customized to me and pays attention to what I like and don’t like. She even changed one product I thought smelled weird. She has also tried new things on me that she thinks might be helpful just from what she’s learned about me from previous conversations. She keeps a detailed file on what issues I have been having and makes sure to check it to see what she can do. She has also been so wonderful and understanding through this whole process while she shows me what products might help me. I definitely look forward to seeing her every month! Now I need to get to my husband in there to get his eyebrows done!

I came in for a facial with Roni and it was amazing ! I will definitely come back. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable ! I had a wonderful and relaxing time !

This is a great company with an amazing product line. I remember shopping at the original location on Loockerman with both my mother and grandmother. Fond memories! The quality has remained consistent through the years, the studio is always such a calming place to shop. Great products, staff and ambience!

Helen did an amazing job on my make up for my wedding!!!! She was so patient, professional, caring and all around an awesome lady to have around.
