No one ever answers the phone. And when they do...it's an employee that says he's just there to watch the store

No body answers the phone! Also went in a week ago and was told to come back to get the new phone and keep being told the manager never showed up with the phones! This is beyond ridiculous!

Lady is real nasty and was on her phone talking about my mother and me in Spanish using some foul language. She was trying to rush us. We left immediately.
