I do not recommend this place, it is closed all the time, it is closed all the time, this is the fifth time I come and when they serve you, the people who work here are non-professionals. About 2 months ago, I bought a cell phone 📱 I tried to ask the person for a protector and I tried to ask him if the cell phone came with insurance, he told me that he didn't know anything and that he would come back another day to ask another person.

No body answers the phone! Also went in a week ago and was told to come back to get the new phone and keep being told the manager never showed up with the phones! This is beyond ridiculous!

Lady is real nasty and was on her phone talking about my mother and me in Spanish using some foul language. She was trying to rush us. We left immediately.

Smyrna store never open. It's saying Sundays 12 to 5. But this isn't the first time. That is bad customer service. I live in Smyrna. now have to go to dover race weekend and hope that stor is open. Can't call first. Because there's no number to call. How y'all say in business I don't know. That's probably why not menny Metro stores.
