Poor customer service experience! Sold me on doing business with them as a business customer only to charge me fees! Anywhere from 1-3 hour wait to apply for any type of business loans or line of credit! Horrible experience! Business representatives over the phone seem to be confused and clueless as to what to type in and don’t follow-up!

I just walked out of line with three other customers. Upon arriving to make a deposit there were two tellers working. One was servicing the drive-thru and inside customers while the other one was handling a large deposit. The manager found it necessary to occupy the drive-thru teller to get a loan approved. After 10 minutes of standing in line, I asked how much longer it was going to be. I was told that there were four cars waiting in the drive-thru and they still needed to get the loan approved. Apparently my time nor being a longtime customer means anything to m&t. Below poor customer service.

POOR service!, drive thru 6 cars, go inside actually one teller other tries do drive thru and people standing in line.. Older teller no personality tells customer in front of me it will cost them $3.85 for the transaction..another teller walks in 10 minutes later with a cup and asks if she can help, she says oh this check has a date of tomorrow, which i did not realize, deposit only check, wasted time and no customer service skills..no way going back, i will drive to RT 10 before Dover attitudes!

Bank places six day holds on payroll checks for new accounts for 30 days. Even when told you will be closing your account they still will not decrease the hold even by one day.
