This was my first time at this location. After over 2 years in Dover, I give them a 4.5. I have been to four different nail salons. This was by far the top experience I've had! The technicians are committed, dedicated and and seem to care about their clients. The pricing is beyond reasonable and I will definitely go back.

Horrible Horrible customer service, I waited for 2 hours without anyone attending to me when I asked her what’s going on she she told me it’s up to me if I wanted to leave. Front dest very rude and inconsiderate of your time don’t go there terrible work.

I’ve been going here once a month for over a year. I’ve been very happy with the technicians and the owner. All the ladies may not speak perfect English, but they are all polite, kind and know their business. I like this shop better than any other in Dover.

Just got these done today. I asked for a coffin nail french tip even provided a picture of what I wanted. The firts issue I had with the tech was when she asked if I wanted my natural nails cut I told her no, she then proceeded to cut my nails. The acrylic is too thick, the tips painted on too thick when I addressed this in the salon the lady started yelling at me in her language ? I also told her this is a square tip not coffin. The people who work here are rude and nasty. I would not recommend getting your nails done here.
