Mrs.Pat is wonderful person, but the communication at this place is horrible. I've called multiple times and have yet to receive a response. I have paid ON TIME and on multiple occasions my storage pin doesn't work. I would not recommend this business at all.

The staff is the best so polite and friendly. I came for a storage locker and talked for like 45 mins. Pat you rock!!!!

I have relied on New Burton Mini Storage for my storage needs for the last 15 years. Pat has been there throughout my time there. She is a kind person and always has an ear to listen. I highly recommend New Burton Mini Storage for your storage needs.

Was told at move in that “unlike other storages you did not have to put in a notice far in advance to move out” to later be told that if I moved out on the 4th I had to pay the whole month of December. I think that the initial conversation I had at move in was very misleading and would not be using this storage company again.

This place is great! It's in a quiet area with easy access.The manager, Pat, always seems to be on her A Game and makes herself available to make sure things are running smoothly. I've seen her show up nights and even weekends to make sure everything is ok or to help out if someone is having a problem. She really seems to take pride in this being a safe and well run place.

I continue to give Ms. Pat the Office Manager at New Burton Mini Storage an AAA+++ Rating. She runs a tight ship and everything at this Storage unit runs very smoothly just like kogs in a wheel. Pat is so knowledgeable about everything at this Storage unitfrom getting things fixed and making sure it gets done right and in a timely matter. Pat is a very Valuable Employee and a pleasant person to deal with. We are very Lucky to have her.

I’ve been with NBMS for about 3 years. When I first signed up I was greeted at the front desk by Pat. Since then I know that I can depend on great service and a friendly conversation here and there. I’d definitely recommend renting a storage here if you’re looking for one.

I currently rent a storage unit from this location. Ms. Pat is one of the reasons I rent from this location. You can tell she likes what she does and know that she is there to help you. Her customer service is "EXCELLENT!". My advice for those looking to rent is to ask for Ms. Pat.
