I love that all of their coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the studio is always clean and comfortable.At first I was skeptical of the program afraid it was “gimmicky,” but I am a believer in the orange theory program and have seen many changes in my overall health since joining just over 1 year ago.I am stronger, I feel better, I lost all my “covid weight!” I did it all without dieting and despite attending inconsistently at times (due to various life circumstances.) I can’t imagine how much progress I would have made if I was able to go as often as I would have liked!I highly recommend to any one of any age or fitness level, because you can’t put a price on wellness. I love that they will meet you where you are.

I popped in for a 7:30am class while on a road trip to CT and I absolutely loved it! Coach Ali was GREAT and all the other members were very friendly and welcoming :)It’s rare for me to go to a new studio and feel this comfortable- the Dover OTF definitely hit the mark!

Decent workout but nothing you couldn’t do in a commercial gym or a boot camp class. Gym feels cramped at times with classes filling up fast without notice. Don’t go around lunch time, you won’t get a spot even if you are reserved in the app. Happened twice and all I got told was “try again tomorrow”Beware, you will be charged an additional month upon cancellation even if you can’t get into a class. “It’s our policy”Over too small a gym for the hassle.

Great workout in an hour. Fitness coaches are on staff to assist if needed, and alternate exercises are available if you have injuries.

I LOVE Orangetheory and all the staff at this location. The coaches push you to work harder and are super knowledgable about fitness. Orangetheory is pricey, but is a great way to efficiently work out in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Orangetheory Fitness, Dover, has been a great fit for me! I needed the motivation by the OFT coaches and the planned workout routines within their classes are best for me, compared to working out independently in an open gym. I truly appreciate the genuine support and motivation that the OTF staff of Dover show me at each visit!

OTF Dover is a great place to workout and find a community that supports you in your fitness journey. The workout is tough, but accessible to anyone at any level of fitness. I especially like how the coaches provide instruction, correction, and motivation! Even after years of experience in the fitness industry, I am still learning so much at OTF Dover. I highly recommend this studio to everyone!

I’ve worked out at many gyms before and Orangetheory Fitness Dover is by far the best! The staff is nice and professional. The coaches are so motivating and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great gym!

WARNING: This place is addictive and actually makes workingout a fun thing. OTF has fun incentives to keep you motivated. However, once you notice your results (and you will notice them) that will be motivational enough to keep you coming back. The front desk and coaches are fun and friendly. The people who attend classes are friendly too.
