Is my first time i did my pedicure, I'm a old man, my experience was wonderful
Parris was great,made my worries and concern about my toenails ,really was a not big deal. She take care me very,very well,listen old guys she is in my book. She did a great job!!!!!

Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to attend this salon and experience their services but that's only because charging $85 for a full acrylic set with gel polish is extremely over priced. Sorry but I can't justify $100 after tip for basic nails

The salon is very nice and clean the staff is welcoming and friendly i went in for the 45 manicure pedicure special advertised online. They use a great gel polish everything as far as service was great. I did have small amount gel removed from my feet my services after the charges went from $45 to $90 plus a 10 tip because the girl didndo an excellent job. That was my only flaw with the place of course I paid it but I will not be returning I dont like hidden charges every salon I have ever been to tells you about the extras and offers the option to continue with the services or not.

Such a cute little spot, the lady’s are very nice and communicate well, they pay attention to details. The atmosphere was also very welcoming, they had music and cheap snacks, my main art is so beautiful I will definitely be coming back for more❤️

I really wanted to like it here because I have heard great things about this nail salon. Two weeks ago, I went for my first dip manicure. The shape was nice, the design was not like I truly asked, it was basic, and the nail tech made it even more basic. I decided to give it another try because I am tired of driving to Milford for normal salon. This week, I asked for an even more basic french nails with red and hearts. Again, great shape but the design looks like my 8 year old grandchild did it. Then when I got home, I realized that my gel pedi was not dry. My toe nails are sticky and wet. She actually held the dryer over my nails with her hand for a few seconds. I was wondering why the salon had been super empty for the two visits. Keep in mind, I pay for customer service and a good outcome. The price was what I was used too but my tip was not my usual. Yes, I tipped anyway. I will not be returning. Back to driving 30 minutes to get my nails done. I called to schedule my fix with my normal salon before I left the parking lot.

Today I had a spontaneous feeling of wanting a pedi! I don't have a regular salon I go to especially here in Kent County most of the places have poor customer service! But Parris Nail Lounge came to mind and lucky me a spot was available!! This actually was not my first visit. My first visit was during the pandemic when we had to wear mask and things were just starting to open up! The service was a happy experience!! Why did I have to second guess on where to go!!! My experience today was just as nice as the first time!! Parris, you made me just as welcome as you did back then!!! Love the atmosphere of the salon and the treatment I received today!!! I will not second guess the next time where to go because I already know!! Thank you for another happy experience! Nanette

This has been my nail place for almost a year and I love them! Parris has done my nails when it was my regular nails, and Kerry does my nails when its dip. both of them do an amazing job! Kerry puts up with me coming in each time with a new nail design and she completes the designs perfectly! I hope to keep going here for years to come.

Found this place, took my girl to get her nails done. They ask her to have a seat and wait for a designer. One hour later, they asked her to come back tomorrow!
