What’s the point of an appointment when they don’t take your car back for almost 2 hours after your appointment time?? Could hear techs goofing off instead of working. 2+ hours to change the tires when they finally took my car back. My appointment was at 12 and I didn’t leave the location till 4:15. Unacceptable. No communication. store, waiting room and bathroom disgusting. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

I’ve loved Pep Boys for over 40 years, but I cannot STAND having to listen to loud rap music while waiting and the techs yelling back and forth. The music is irritating. You want to listen to music then keep it down or wear ear buds. Don’t punish ME.
**UPDATE** The Store Manager reached out and corrected this issue. I’ll be back

I wish I could give this a negative star. I ask to change my oil, they didn’t and they took my money. My car break down in the middle of the road due to that stupid oil they didn’t change. If you don’t want your money to go to waste, don’t even bother to come here. Terrible place

It took an hour longer then they told me. My valve stem was broken when they put air in my tire, so it leaked. Overall the brakes work great and when I took my car back for the tire issue, the gentleman changed out my valve stem and filled my tire back up with no hassle or issues. The staff were all very kind, and helpful.

I would highly recommend going elsewhere for services, my car was serviced here ended up spending around $1200 to fix 1 specific issue. I had the car for 1 hour & the issue was still ongoing . Took it back just for them to say it was a different part that needed replacing & actually just a $300 fix & they are unwilling to reimburse me. Please do better

My appointment east set for 1pm. They didn’t get to my car till 6pm. I was there for tire pressure loss. They got the car in and not even 5 minutes later they said it was fix. A few days has gone by and still losing air pressure. That’s a shame. You guys are no help at all.

Went in with a bad wheel alignment made at Salisbury pepboys. The crew and service advisor were very nice and calm. They took in my car an hour late but they resolved the issue and fixed my car. Thanks to Tom, Marcellus and Austin.

Was not greeted or acknowledged upon entering. Service took 4hrs as opposed to the 2 I was quoted. No one told me my vehicle was ready, it was just sitting in the parking lot while I was in the waiting room. Techs scratched up all 4 rims putting on my new tires. Won't return.

10/10 do not recommend I came in for an oil change left and my car had to be towed, I don’t know kind of shady business is going on but do not waste your money or time. Also very unprofessional handling what they screwed up. It’s a no go for pepboys especially the Dover location

I'm fairly certain they didn't perform the work they said they did. I know that my tired weren't rotated. I did not receive a vehicle inspection report.

Fast work but the cashiers were unprofessional. Don't have adult conversations at work especially when the customer has a young child with them.

Greg did a phenomenal job on my 2007 dodge caravan. He was quick and efficient and paid attention to details. He explained the work performed and even provided the faulty part to me. His professionalism was demonstrated throughout the entire process.
