I’m highly disappointed. I always come here for Kim to do my eyebrows, they told me to come after two. When I get here I’m not acknowledged so I sat down waiting. Another lady had came in for eyebrows and got acknowledged right away so I spoke up and they sent me to the back and said Kim is coming. I sat in the back for 2 hours with no check ins or updates. Will not be coming back

I previously left a positive review a few months ago, but unfortunately, after giving this salon multiple chances, I feel misled and disappointed.
I’ve gone on three different occasions and was overcharged each time. Most recently, I was charged $45 in cash for a lip and chin wax — even though the posted prices are $10+ and $12+. It took about 20 minutes, but $45 for that service is excessive and unjustified.
During another visit, I came with my daughters and we all got our nails, feet, and wax services done. I was charged:
* $48 with card for waxing and tipped $20 cash
* $166 on card for my own nails/feet and tipped $25 cash
* $200 for my daughters’ mani/pedis, even though they applied gel polish (which I didn’t request), and I tipped $20 each to the two ladies who worked with them
Before that, I was again charged $48 with card for the same wax service and gave a tip in cash.
Each time, the prices didn’t match what’s listed, and all of these charges were made by Kim, who I’ve known since she worked at the nail salon near Dollar General — which is why I gave her and this location several chances. Unfortunately, the pricing never became consistent.
I honestly started to second-guess myself — until I looked at the posted price list and realized I wasn’t wrong.
At this point, I just don’t feel comfortable returning, because I don’t want to end up in the same situation again.

The manicure and pedicure was ok but I feel like there was an attitude because I did not want the gel

Usually me and my mom go to Coco nails but we decided to give this place a opportunity i'm unsure if Kim is the owner or co-owner of the nail salon My mom felt like she was very rude and would not looked her in the face at all when she was talking to her which is very unprofessional and rude and I'm not talking like she was with a customer She wasn't with anyone when she was talking to my mother i asked her a few questions and she really was just put out by it so I'll just wait until coco is open and pay 400 plus for my family n love ones there if I wanted rudeness I could go to a nail market instead 🙄

I frequently go here to get my nails done last minute despite the reviews. Yesterday I bought my 3 year old with me to get gel on her nails and toes and she was only in the chair but 15-20 mins they charged me $70!!! 70$ for a 3 year old is outrageous!!! I still ended up paying for it cause my child wanted her nails done so bad and I didn’t want to ruin her experience but I would never come back here again. And then the nail tech clipped my pinky meat under my nail and took $5 off the total very disappointed with the pricing would never recommend anyone to go here . I could understand if the nails were good but they are not even that good to pay the prices they are charging I paid $75 for a basic mid length set no design.

Refused service due to our service dog, who is legally allowed to be there no matter their concern about hair.
