Pivot PT - Dover is a physical therapy clinic with an amazing, kind, and considerate staff. The therapists are very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and polite. They are attentive to individual needs and practice a teaching approach, thoroughly explaining treatments and sharing helpful advice for at-home care. The clinic is described as very professional and very caring, with a staff that makes patients feel like a priority rather than just a number. Patients report improving greatly with their help. The therapists are also characters who like to make people laugh, creating a positive environment. I've been here twice and wouldn't go anywhere else. Erica & Veronica are very good, professionals that have been patient with me, listening to all my needs. They are always very thorough from the education to the exercises. They make sure I'm doing things correctly in the clinic and for home. I tell everyone about them.

Amazing staff and therapists! They are kind and considerate, attentive to needs and practice a teaching approach. Not that I want to go back to therapy, but I would go back to them in a heartbeat.
