My overall service was ok but Kate was great. Helpful, patient, kind & overall made my wait time not feel long at all. Kate had excellent customer service & really went above & beyond to assist me today.

I am a new resident, tried to open a new account and the person helping me named Jessica she had blonde hair and a heavy southern accent truly just told me lies. Had no idea what she was doing had me running like a chicken with my head cut off for a DEBIT CARD. Worst help I have ever received at a nation wide bank. And when I called to ask for help because Jessica was unwilling to answer a phone call and help me they all covered for her and did not resolve my issue. They told me I must have went to another branch. I did not. I was at 3 E loockerman street in Dover de with a woman with blonde hair heavy southern accent. A man named Shane Ampey called me to "resolve" this but has not returned my calls. PNC is not the bank for the people... clearly.

Jaime opened a checking account for me. She was extremely friendly and chit-chatty until I was declined for a card that she pushed on me. Her personality abruptly changed and she went cold, handing me my paperwork with a quick, "Enjoy your new account."It was really weird to see someone go from so friendly and warm to so cold and dismissive when she didn't get the sale.

The Branch Manager, Jason Wallace, does NOT understand the concept of customer service. After checking in, I was left sitting there for 20 minutes. He stopped to asked if I needed help and that he would be with me once he finished with the customer in his office. He finishes and proceeds to walk to the teller line. He then tells a customer, that had recently come in to the branch, that he would help her with whatever issues she had and they go into his office. Is one customer's business more important than another so they get to skip the line...seems to be the case at this locations. I wait another 15 minutes before finally walking out. Went to another branch where the Branch Manager was more than willing to help. Do better Jason Wallace.

Tellers are extremely slow.. Do not go to this pnc if u are in a hurry.

Experience with PNC Branch Manager is horrible. You have to be on a LEVEL to get customer service from the guy! It is ridiculous the way he acted like we are not worth his time beware of the bank manager!

They don't post transactions until 10 pm and then charge you a fee. They said it my fault because I had 2 hour window from 10pm -12am to put the cash in, even though they were closed
