Avoid this bank like the plague. ATM stole 189 dollars of my money during a deposit attempt and left me with no recourse and or support. I needed the money to pay a bill and the atm eating it caused me to miss a payment which is going to hurt my credit and cause problems.

This is a good example of a friendly branch bank. Wide lanes for drive up. Staff is friendly and professional.

I opened a checking account several years ago and took out a Home Equity loan. I received a 1/4% discount to have the loan automatically paid by my checking. It worked flawlessly for 7 years and then they called saying I missed a payment. There was no reason for this but I worked with them to resolve this and move forward. They recently said I lost the discount since I missed a payment. But for the past 18 months or so they have taken double payments and refuse to stop. They always say they will call me back and waste hours of my time for no results. I realize the return they get on this loan is now a lot less than before since the balance is low. But I do not like that they are accelerating my payments without permission and cannot stop them. They have removed the benefit of the loan to me. GREEDY people. There are NO STARS in this service and I say buyer BEWARE at PNC. Unfortunately I had to give one star to post.

How is it possible for me to leave my information of my name, number and so now going on a third time with zero return calls. Or an attempt to make me feel valued. I have been to both locations in Dover with the same results. I feel very let down. Yet I have zero choices and have to attempt to call (this is the fourth time in twenty minutes) again. Why give me the option to speak with a branch rep but hang up with no answer? I will be reaching out until my complaint is heard and this issue of no one answering is resolved.

I've been a customer with them since I was sixteen and they've done wonderful. If ive ever had an issue they've always been available to help me no matter where I am. The staff is very friendly and they have always made me feel welcome and they are. Very efficient in their jobs

PNC's Greentree branch has always been great to work with. We have gotten especially good service from Mike Shockley, who has helped us out with a refinancing, a new mortgage, and cutting through red tape with the larger organization. Still use him even through we have moved out of Dover.
