“I was a little wary because of the low ratings, but my experience was pleasant!They seem to he a touch understaffed, but I waited at the counter for someone to come out of the back for a minute at the longest. The gentleman that took my package and scanned my shipping label code was an absolute gem, very polite and personable. It's about 50 miles out of the way for me to make this my main post office(I was on a day trip and it was conveniently located near one of my stops) but if I lived much closer I'd definitely return whenever I needed to ship something.”

“I called the main usps cust service number and the lady i spoke to was very kind and empathetic with me she was patient and really listened to my concern about my po box being closed and the issues i was having with paying my bill. she took notes and relayed my message directly to my post office in camden wyoming, delaware. she even went ahead and gave me the phone number where i could directly call the post office myself. within 24 hours, the supervisor of my post office in camden wyoming, delaware was so gentle spoken and kind. such a warm gentle welcoming tone in his voice and he was able to reference my request and concern. he took the time to place me hold to ask his team some questions to clarify and make sure he was getting the best answers for me. he came back on the phone and told me that they would be able to keep my box open as long as i had someone come in soon to pay it. i told him to give me a week and he said ok no problem. he even went ahead and told me that he supports my business and he has been following my business on social media. i asked him if miss val still worked there and he said yes so i asked him to tell her i said hello. its like my extended family there and i felt at ease that they were taking great care of my mail while i travel outside the country. i feel confident and satisfied to work with that team. super nice and supportive. love them so much!”
