I am in my 70’s and am a retired military veteran and retired state worker. In all of my years of dealing with people, companies etc, I have never felt so taken advantage of. I’ve documented every interaction and am currently talking with a lawyer about what legal actions I can take. I purchased a Nissan Sentra 2020 from Honda 5 months ago for approximately $24,000. Within the first month, I accepted a complimentary car wash offer from Honda and after the car wash, I observed that the left mirror was broken. Apparently, the mirror was already broken prior to purchasing the vehicle. The damage went unnoticed until Honda's on site car wash exposed the damage. I immediately alerted Honda's service department of the damage and was informed that it was most likely broken off by the vehicle's previous owner. Then they told me I’d have to pay them $400.00 to have it fixed. So they put tape on my mirror (which is still there) because I did not have an additional $400.00 to give them after already purchasing a vehicle from them 1 month prior. It doesn’t stop there. Shortly after this incident, I noticed the brakes are making grinding noises and the front of the vehicle is making a creaking noise when I turn left or right. I go back to Honda and the service department person I am sent to deal with each time tells me it’s nothing, and most likely I’d have to pay them to look at it. At this point I’m frustrated and beginning to notice that I’m being taken full advantage of. Fast forward 5 days, I take the car in for a complimentary oil change, tire rotation, and a diagnostic to find out what is the reason behind these noises, and they hit me with a $2,000 - $3,000 bill saying the brakes in the front and back are bad and the axles are bad as well. I picked the car up from their service department after they kept it for 48 hours and the next day while driving I heard this very loud noise coming from the engine, as if the vehicle was about to break down at any moment. I took the car back to Honda and was told that I have to replace the alternator and was charged $1,197.00. I ended up having to take a loan. Honda informed me that they will not repair the Axle and brakes. That was the very last straw for me. I’m not interested in getting a run around like you have responded to other complainants telling them to call some number to sort it out unless it is to make up for the wrongs you have been doing to me for months now. I’ve been taken advantage of and lied to. I am planning on contacting Honda's Corporate Office, Veterans Affairs and obtaining legal representation. This seems to be the only alternative to reach the right solution.Brian in the sales department has been the ONLY person/employee who has been very attentive and helpful in this. establishment.Very, very disappointed in this dealership.

I was recently in a car accident and needed to find a car quickly as my insurance only covered a rental car for so long. Justin went above and beyond to not only get me the car that I wanted, but to make me feel comfortable and happy for my first time ever purchasing a brand new vehicle. Justin truly out in the work to make mr feel respected and like he had my best interest in mind the entire time. All my future Honda purchases will definitely be through Justin!

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Price Honda and I can’t speak highly enough of Justin Silva who worked with me throughout the process. He was honest, kind, and he went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a sales consultant. I first met Justin in April when I selected the vehicle I wanted to submit to the manufacturer. Justin met with me several times, including when I wanted my family to test drive the vehicle, and when I needed confirmation that this really was the right vehicle for me. He answered all my questions and I had a lot of them! When the vehicle arrived, and I was unable to drive on my own (post-surgery), Justin picked me up at my house and drove my old car to the dealership and upon completing the purchase he drove me home in my new vehicle! I don’t think everyone would do that. Justin was always patient and pleasant, and he explained everything each step of the way. Justin deserves the highest possible recommendation and praise, and I know everyone who works with him will feel the same way! Thank you, Justin!

A great service department. Worked fervently to fix my SUV and get it back quickly. Found the issue after working with me to describe what was happening with the vehicle. The service advisor and Technician found the issues and drove to get a part on Saturday so we could get the vehicle back before close on Saturday. We only have one car and would be without one four days otherwise. The SUV runs great and so pleased with Price Service.

I was looking to replace my Honda CR-V Hybrid with a non-Hybrid, because there is not hitch kit for the hybrid. To find out how much my car was worth I went online to find the Kelly Blue Book value. I received a call from Price Honda with an interest in buying my car. I informed the representative that I would want to replace my car with either a nearly new or new vehicle. We set the appointment up and when I arrived the representative refused to show me any cars in the inventory and would not give me a trade in value for a new vehicle. I drove over an hour and all they wanted was to buy my vehicle.

Great experience as always! Jalen was great to work with and listened to me. I expected to be there a few hours and he had 3 technicians work on my car so I was out within 1 1/2. Also Kevin the shuttle driver was awesome! Thank you!

We had an awesome experience working with Justin Silva. Made us feel comfortable, answered all our questions we had and was truly a down to earth guy. Nice to just sit and chat with. Bought a used 2008 Honda Civic from here a few years ago, but when I came back in to trade it for a new vehicle, an employee was hateful with me. I know exactly who he was, and it was unacceptable. It's sad because I really did enjoy driving the 2008 Civic, and moving to a newer car should have been a joyful experience. Also, when I went on a test drive an employee passed gas inside the car. Gross, and yes, I know exactly who that person was too. It was so nasty.

Pro: Friendly staff, nice and comfortable waiting areaCon: If your car continuously has problems such as a “transmission problem” and Price Honda says they can’t find anything wrong with it, it might be best to take your vehicle elsewhere!A few days after picking up my vehicle for the second time to have this problem checked, it broke down in a store parking lot far from home. ? I’m thankful I wasn’t on the highway. Unacceptable. ?

From the moment I contacted Price Honda I was met with a fast and friendly response. I showed up to get my car appraised for trade in. I was met by Justin Silva at the door he was polite and courteous from the start and was amazing through out the entire sale of the vehicle. I wasn't planning on buying today but price had the type of car I've been looking at, and I felt that Justin was going above and beyond to help me out he never pressured me and answered every question I had and then some. I would definitely recommend stopping by if your looking for a new vehicle this was one of best experiences I've had buying a car.

Purchased a car today at Honda and had such a great experience! Such great energy from all the staff. Justin Silva was my salesman and i 10/10 recommend him. Such a good and bright guy. I recently purchased a new car from Price Honda, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by Shirley, who made me feel comfortable throughout—like I was talking to a person and not someone trying to force me to buy a car. She took me through the various features and options available, ensuring that I was making the best decision for me.I walked into the lot thinking I was only going to browse a few cars and I walked out purchasing one. I went for an oil change 3-24, 4:30pm. Tenesha Purnell was my Assistant Service Manager. She was very friendly and helpful. She also explained the process and told me about other services that were available. The estimated time she gave me was ONLY off by 5mins early. GREAT JOB Service dept. I will definitely be back.
