I'm new to the area and needed to purchase appliances and a storm door. As to the door, I paid the $40 deposit for someone to visit and provide a quote. This was to happen within 48-72 hours. After 172 hours and a few phone calls I went to the store and requested my money. After 10 business days when the money had not been returned to my credit card I went back into the store and again requested my refund. Apparently the first person had not completed the return he only stopped an installer from visiting. As to the washer and dryer after 6 promise to deliver dates I cancelled. It took 3 weeks to have the washer and dryer removed from my credit card. This store is the pitts. If I could rate lower than one star I would.

This store is staffed by considerate workers who treat customers as thought they would want to be treated. They go above and beyond trying to find tge goods, or services the customer want, I also found the tool rental department to put safety first, in the care of tge customers needs. As a site safety supervisor in NYC I was pleased to see they know their tools, machines and were clear on safety instruction.

NEVER will i order anything from Homedepot.com again in my life. This has been a stressful nightmare that left me feeling ROBBED and stolen from. I ordered 9 cases of porcelain tile for my patio area. I went to curbside to pick up the 8 cases that came in. the first two cases were almost all broken. I did not even open the other six cases and returned all of them for a refund. and canceled the last case that had not reached yet. They claimed to put the refund back on my card. But did not. After I filed a claim with the credit card. I got a small refund of 3 boxes of tile. HomeDepot kept a large amount of my money. For what reason? I don't know. Other money was taken from my bank card too. HOME DEPOT DID NOT SECURE MY CARD INFORMATION. I called the store manger and went to the store two time. the manager,Chris did not address me or refund me in full. I want to post photos of the box of broken tile. Over 70 percent broken and the other box had 100 percent broken. I have videos of the unboxing and photos too.

Home Depot would not submit the following review of their Alpine gazing globe stand: Very lightweight. Small. Must be assembled. No stakes included Stakes are hidden and you don't find out where they are until you complain and they send you a video

This HD is making great strides in Customer Service. Finally getting some good employees and turning the corner. Good attitudes, helpfulness, mixed in with a little knowledge is all I ask.

I went in to buy a washer/dryer. After waiting for 15 minutes I finally found a guy but he was in a hurry so only got one question in. There was another employee (a redhead male,) hiding from customers. He would come in the department see if anyone was there and then run the other way until he thought you had gone. After waiting another 5 minutes, I watched three employees hold a conversation about their personal lives and still no one asked did we need help. I went to the front and asked for the Manager of the department and was told to look for her in the showroom. (Usually the Manager would come to you especially if you had complaints.) She was lazier than them all. (Still didn't get off her behind and was a waste of breathe) so I took my money to Loews where they have customer service skills.

Buyer BEWARE. Against my better judgement I went to Home Depot to purchase a TV stand/w a fireplace. The customer service female was very helpful and said that it would be assembled for us. We patiently waited 3 weeks and went to pick it up....it was not assembled and the guys who loaded it on our truck said "they do not assemble".....so who lied? I should have known better to patronize a place that supports a lying president!

Do not order appliances from Home Depot. After a no call no show on a washer/dryer, they promised compensation for a delayed delivery. Well, two weeks later still no word from their customer service. Tiffany W at extension 85046. Why do you not respond to my email? Where is my promised "compensation?" Why does your "customer service" not provide customer service? They also charged me for a door swing, whatever that is, and the delivery guy said it wasn't needed and I shouldn't have been charged. Still no word from Home Depot.

Everyone here is incompetent and have horrible people skills. I went in after being on hold for 30 minutes (for a simple question). After that they buzz two different times to have someone help me and no one shows up. No one should be employed anywhere if they dont know their products and people skills.period.
