Horrible experience. Need to do pre-employment drug screen. Had 48 hours to compete the test. This was Friday afternoon. Tried to make an appointment-nothing available until Monday which is past the 48 hour limit. So I went there and signed in as a walk in and waited. In the 3+ hours I waited - not one walk in patient was taken back. When I asked, the staff just said appointments take priority. I explained that I couldn’t wait for their next appointment because that is Monday which is over the 48 hour limit. They had the “oh well not my problem” attitude and obviously didn’t care and didn’t offer any suggestions to help other than sit and wait with a full bladder until all appointments were done before they would start to call the walk in patients. Horrible customer service. I would strongly suggest Quest makes it clear on their website that they only take walk in patients at the end of each day so their patients aren’t sitting there waiting for hours on end. Definitely will never recommend this place. Horrible!

Waited over an hour while every person was getting scene. Finally asked the nurse and she looked it up on her computer blocked the screen and i heard her punch a few keys. She then turned around and said i had no appointment. Seems suspicious. Absolutely rude, unprofessional, and shady. The people they called first were greeted quickly and almost with a degree of familiarity. However those who were left to wait appeared to all have some "attributes" all in common. Never coming back to this place.

After I arrived, I realized that I did not have my paper work. They informed me that I would not have to make another appointment, just register at the kiosk, go home and get my paper work and they would take me when I came back.....and they did!

After struggling to get a urine sample from an elderly patient, Rush the sample to this location. Got there well before closing through the open front door and was informed that they were closed. I informed her I was dropping off a urine sample and she sucked air at me and said that is not just a drop off...I just left the facility before there was an accidental urine spill.

Lack of professionalism and privacy. A woman with a open specimen cup came barging in as I was being prepped for blood withdrawal and was shoving the cup in his face.
