I was welcomed by the girl behind the counter as soon as I entered the store. The associate took her time to explain the process and walked me through the process from start to finish. It was the most impressive boot shopping experience I have ever had, and in the end I walked out with the most comfortable pair of boots and inserts I have ever worn!
