I love everyone there loyalty is everything customer service great is recommend them to everyone tink is great Anthony of course Gwen everybody listen I told Anthony the type of living room set I wanted when I tell u he nailed it omg the d delivery was on time the guys are great and made sure everything was put together it's a hole vibe at this rent a center they treat me awesome I’d recommend this rent a center to everybody

The manger calls you twice/three times on the day of the payment harassing you like it’s a payment owed , or an outstanding balance. Like somebody gone burn him out of 60$ lol. Broke business but reasonable for no credit wouldn’t recommend this Rent A Center.

The manager is rude and does not care about people or their situation. He need to learn proper customer service. I was a customer of their for years and now this manager is rude and all he cares about is his bonus. My family will never rent from him again. And they will be leaving this location.

Over the years I have purchased many things through this store. If your on time with payments they only call once in a while to offer you deals. If you don't like the rental price you Can do their same as cash thing. You pay for the convenience And it is convenient.
