I went it to see if they were hiring, gpt a big nasty smell of cigarette smoke the second I entered. Beware if thw place smells that bad so does the furniture and appliances you are "renting" from this nasty place. Not to mention the unfriendly staff enough said don't even go here.

I bought a stove/oven they assured me they had. Come to find out they didn’t. Lied and said I accepted it and I did not!! Someone with authority to get me the right stove/oven I originally purchased or refund me the money in this stove that has not been used 1. Because it’s the wrong one in many ways! 2. The plug is not the one that plugs in my house. I need a refund on a stove I’m not and haven’t been able to use or find the one that I asked for!! Very upset!

They do not respect your payment options, I agreed to Bi-weekly and was being charged weekly, but because I didn’t have the funds as i get paid bi-weekly, i ALWAYS had a late fee. Spoke to two different workers and they both seemed confused, which is confusing to me since i signed a whole contract entailing my billing plan. Apparently the woman that works there does not care about agreements as i was told that she makes changes constantly and disregards what the other workers have put into the system. My sister and approximately 2 other friends of mine have gone through this. Will not come back.

When my fridge went up out of nowhere, this Rent a Center was my saving grace! The employee's welcomed me like I was family. The store manager worked with my fixed income and set me up to pay off in the 6 month same as cash time. I got a great deal! Highly recommended & best Rent a Center in town!

I cancelled my order, because I kept getting excuses about why my item couldn’t be delivered. The date was changed more than once! I don’t have the patience for foolishness. I just brought the item outright from somewhere else.

I was rudely greeted upon entering the store. And the African American gentlemen proceeded to call me a “ broke azz cracka” because I did not want to participate in their Black Friday deals which were far from any deal. Very racist store

I walked in there to talk to the manager Allison. And when I told her I couldn’t afford to make the payment this week but could next week she proceeded to tell me there were other ways I could pay “in the back” and you could see the herpe bump from Dover on her lip and I just don’t think 50$ was worth a lifetime of itching. Very disturbed individual she is will not be returning without antibiotics
