My thermostat did not work so the room was 68 degrees, TV did not work and drain was broke. Was not impressed at all. Total disaster .

I had a marvelous stay at the Residence Inn. I was very pleased as a first timer and would use that hotel in Dover DE again. Thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff.
