Katherine Girtman helped me so much with my fraudulent charges. Even though we found out that weren't charged to her hotel she took the time out to help me figure things out. She has excellent customer service and she went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much for all your help I will never forget it.

I had a really great experience here. The hallways when I was walking in smelled a little humid and like the airflow wasn't great, but the room I had was the opposite. It was super nice, fresh, and clean. Hotel staff was also super friendly and helpful. They were able to extend my check out time since I'm in town for an interview and just pleasant to interact with. I recommend!

Does not allow delivery persons to drop off orders to handicapped guests who are immobilized due to their policy.

My stay at the Residence Inn Dover Downs was excellent. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and professional. They were always ready to help and made us feel at home, which made our stay much better.
The hotel was very clean and well-kept. Every area, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless.
A nice touch was the fresh cookies in the lobby. This small gesture added a cozy feel to our stay.
Overall, our experience at Residence Inn Dover Downs was outstanding. Great staff, a clean environment, and thoughtful touches like fresh cookies made for a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Attractive exterior, great pool and comfortable room.
Stingy on the pillows at 2 per person. The puck light in our kitchen was malfunctioning and strobing until I found the breaker for it.
Great value for the price and convenient location near the Dover Mall and many restaurants.
Checking in the Staff Member took a call between the prior guest and us on her personal phone. In a semi-annoyed way she told the caller that she had “another check-in”.
We actually already had a mobile key but had a question about our Platinum perks (she did not know the answer).
She was reasonably polite and we don’t need our butts kissed but we hate feeling g like an interruption vs valued guests. And when it is slow, we understand passing the time with talking or texting with friends, just don’t let us her your tone when you tell your friend you have to hang up to do your job.

Wonderful location! I love this hotel and everything they have to offer while I am traveling for business. The room is equipped with cooking supplies and a kitchenette. Other rooms have a full kitchen, but I am happy with the two stove top burners. Full fridge and a dishwasher. They respect my requests of having housekeeping everyday and always are pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this location! Best hotel in DOVER!!

I had a wonderful stay with the Residence Inn Dover! They are wonderful to work with and they are very attentive to their guests! They have a La Baguette's treats every Thursday for their guests to enjoy! I am very pleased with this place! Their management should be very proud of their staff!!
