This is the worst Royal Farms I have ever been to. After talking up their chicken, we stopped on our way home and the chicken was horrible. The workers were rude. No ketchup, no salt available.

I tried Royal Farms chicken for the first time a couple of days ago at a location in Jersey, and it was amazing—crispy, golden brown, and well-seasoned.
Unfortunately, my experience at this location last night was the complete opposite. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for days—soggy, bland, and not at all crispy. The biscuit was clearly reheated. I ordered a three-piece meal, but they were out of wings and told me it would be a 20-minute wait, though it didn’t seem like they really wanted to make more. I ended up getting chicken tenders.

The chicken specials are useless... They are impossible to find in the menu... and the guy at the register wouldn't ring it so I got the discount!

I know someone who works at store 119 in Cheswold. Some weeks ago their computer system was changed over. It hasn't worked right since. Nor can an employee portal be reached so a worker can check their hours etc...
The problem with this store is no one gives a care to run it right or to work for their pay!
The computers are said to be down when it comes time to log on for work. WHAT?
So, what happens? You don't get paid for your hours worked because you were told to write them down and they'd be put in the computer when it's back up and running.
But,they aren't!
And you find this out wen you look at your bank statement.
There's one guy that is worth not just his pay but deserves a raise. Because he does everyone else's job. Dave S.
If he's not working Deli, don't trust the food. The others leave chicken and fries on display for hours! And they don't care how they prepare it.
Ever drive through the parking lot? Trash cans over flowing. Ridiculous. And that guy Dave? He's old.
The young strong employees leave the grunt work for DS to do. While they come to work and stay on their phones. This includes the woman I know there. Managers should lead by example. Not serve as a warning.
Sorry my friend, but it isn't fair to make an old guy who is obviously not in the best shape do the work of everyone else. He cleaned that place so well I don't mind using the bathroom now for fear of catching something.
And no one in upper management sees anything is wrong? Because Fidel is clueless.
Calling or writing HR does nothing to change things. I figure since the owner answered negative reviews here,they might read this and help us out.
If you do fix it you can ask Google to delete the review. This is our last chance to make 119 better.

I’m extremely aggravated that I have not been reached out to. I reached out to the contact person I was told to reach out to and received no reply. My entire car still smells of gas and I’m out $35-$40.
I went Royal Farms located at 5456 N Dupont Hwy Dover, DE on Sunday, May 5th at around 2:40 pm. I set the gas pump to automatically shut off when it was done, and this did not happen. The store manager said he could not do anything for me and to contact the customer service number. I contacted the guy that was working and he gave me someone at corporates email address and said they would handle this on Monday, which didn’t happen! When this all happened the manager at the store admitted that this was the second time this happened at this specific pump. There was sand/gravel at the pump proving his statement before he laid more down from what happened with me.
I want a refund!!

I went in hoping to get the cold beverage any size for $1.50 and some fries. Get to the register and my cups were regular price. After I paid and got my fries, I noticed the date on the graphic on the window saying the Anysize Beverage deal was only until 4/8....today is 4/16...but anyway. I get home, and begin to eat my fries with my wife and after the first bite, they did not taste fresh. I picked up another and you could smell the old grease. It smells like burnt toast. Come on man.... the only thing that kept me from giving a 1 star is the staff. I think I'll be skipping this royal farms from now on.

I go to Wawa almost every day on my way to work. Recently, the refrigerated beverages have left me empty-handed. I love Wawa. This morning I decided to try Rofo because it is also on the way to work a bit farther down the road. I dreaded it because the store had gotten totally disgusting and I stopped going there. Well Holey Moley what an AMAZING change!!! Clean parking lot, clean, organized store! Stocked everything, it was such a pleasant surprise! I asked if they got a new manager, and there he was!! Thank you! I will stop again for sure!

Wow, Store 119 what an amazing change. I stopped at this store today after having promising myself I would never go again. So glad I did, it's now a clean Rofo with friendly and helpful staff. I found out they have new management and it's definitely making a difference for the better. Great job.
