I have never seen such a rude person ever. Tom provided The worst customer service known to man if I was able to give a zero star I would, but I can't. I would not go here to shop if I were you, you'll be discriminated against and called the cops on you SMH. Would never shop here ever.

Tom provided terrible customer service to my sister. He accused her of crawling underneath the nasty filthy floor and into the fitting room which was not the case. She was there to only buy a t shirt. It went from buying a t shirt to having security called on her. UNACCEPTABLE

From the time that i entered the store i was watched by all of the employees as i looked around the store. When i needed to try clothes on i went into the fitting room. The store manager, tom creepily waited outside of the stall listened to my conversations and then accused me of crawling under the stall. This was not true at all, if i could give this review 0 stars i would.

Worst store ever if I could give zero stars I would, dirty and unorganized. The manager Tom is completely unprofessional and rude. He harassed my sisters and was a listening to their conversation while they were in the fitting room. He stood outside of the fitting room as they were trying on clothes creeping on them. Then tried to say they crawled under the stall and accused them of stealing. Very pervy and racists behavior.

Me and my friend used the fitting room and the manager, TOM, waited outside of our stall the entire time. He then accused me and my friend of crawling under the stall to get into the fitting room. That is simply NOT true. He accusingly asked us how we got inside of the stall, and when we told him it was already open he kicked us out of the store. He mocked my blaccent and said something along the lines of “I knew you would do something like that.” Horrible experience. Would give zero stars if i could. Even the security guard was opposed to Tom’s behavior. Tom needs to be replaced in order to ensure a safe and welcoming environment to all.

The employees are rude and always on their phones. Talk bad about the customers and even personally heard one cashier talk about someone being transgender and making fun of their appearance. Very unprofessional store and merchandise is all over the place and just thrown everywhere.

I gave them a Three ✨.But I could have given it a 2 because Not one time Have I had anyone to welcome me,is to the store However,I have experienced being watched as I walk around the store to shop.What I find a little funny is that I have a Credit card from this storezao I can shop,but many of these workers do help take ? from the business because of their lack of respect to Their Customers..I have it a three only because of my experience when I was checking outThe worker then gave me a smile! ? Lol smh.

Awful. The clothes are garbage. Spend your money somewhere else that isn't using Cambodian orphan slaves to make their clothes like rue21 does. How do you think they really have THAT many new items on a bi weekly basis? ?
