It was super easy to find a space and reserve and pay for online, after going in to determine how big a u it I needed. They made a recommendation and I reserved that one and everything fit perfectly. I am very happy to work with Sentinel self storage.

Easy online reservation, easy check in, clean facility, convenient location right on rt 13. I didn’t get her name but the employee I came in contact with was friendly and helpful!

The lovely older lady Charlotte at the front desk was wonderful each time I came into the office. She made our storing needs amazing even if for a short time needed while we packed our house to move to another state. She reminded me so much of my mother who also had the same name & spirit. I am pleased with the customer service if anything goes wrong with my account I get a call instead of letting it go or penalizing me/account. It is clean and I'm pleased with it, rates are a little high and there should be a senior citizen rate😊
