This store does a great job at consistently hiring workers who are rude and have no manners. Their lack of customer service skills leave much to be desired. When visiting this store the workers do not proactively ask if you need assistance instead they make you chase them around the store. There’s a short lady with brownish red hair who intentionally ignored me after I said excuse me ma’am over five times. She eventually takes the one shoe in the back and “goes to the back to get the other” but never returns. When she comes from the back she goes and ask two other families with a lighter complexion if they need assistance and gets their shoes while I’m still waiting for the shoes I asked her for. This lady never comes back with my shoes nor comes back to the aisle I was in. I’m not sure what the issue was but she was extremely rude and ignored me each time I said ma’am. This caused me to put the empty box back and not buying anything. The people who work in this store need to be replaced ASAP

Cashier and manager was very rude, neither one even made eye contact/ spoke to me as I was checking out.. if you hate your job that bad, find a new one

Had the shoes I couldn't find anywhere. Mountain Gear boots. Had to travel 45 minutes to acquire but they lasted a year under rigorous conditions. Excellent service and hospitality shown.

The staff were very polite and helpful, and a very nice lady helped me pick out shoes for my job. They were all very nice and pleasant to talk with.
