Rude & very unprofessional!!!!! I had been going here for years....really because it's hard to find PCPs around here. At first Allison was who I saw but she was so awful everytime I saw her so I got switched to Dr Horn. I was supposed to just be getting a clearance to start my reconstructive surgery after dealing with cancer for years. I use modivcare to get to my appointments and they had a mix up with my appt time. I called the office several times to say I was on my way & got hung up on. It was almost lunch time however I was only running like 5 mins behind & when I finally got someone on the line.....the lady who answered the phone said I can come but I wasn't gonna be seen while I was literally pulling up in the Uber. I got there she was so nasty & even took a Caucasian couple back who were scheduled after me. Mind u it was gonna take like 5 mins for them just to clear me & my surgery was literally in like 2 days. I even recorded the last being nasty. She lied & said somebody threatened her when I was live on Facebook the whole time. Then she called herself calling the police when she was the one being unprofessional. Instead of Dr. Horn contacting me to see what happened or showing any type of concern they removed me from the practice & told me to find a new doctor. They also sent all my medical info on a flash drive through the mail without even telling me. DO NOT 🚫 go here ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I have been using Southside for years and have received amazing care from their entire staff! I recently switched my father in law to their practice after he had a few major medical issues. (He lives with me) so before someone twists this and says they couldn’t get a family member in we have been in the same house for years. He needed to make a switch to a local doctor’s office and I felt confident that he would receive the care he needs and deserves with this practice. I myself have an HMO plan that requires me to see my pcp prior to a specialist and I need a referral. I have not had a single issue getting an appointment, a referral, a refill, etc. I even received a phone call on a Sunday for my father in law, he had not even been seen by their practice yet! These days that is unheard of! Have some grace, everyone is doing their best and you never know what someone else might be going through. I trust them with myself and now my family.

I've been going to Souhside for 20 years. Dr Horn is caring and always helpful. Allison, my regular physician, takes great care of me and always tries to solve my medical issues. I saw Julia 2x and she was so awesome that I signed my husband up for her to be his pcp. The office staff perform their duties efficiently.

I have trusted Southside Family Practice, specifically with Dr. Horn, with not only my but my children's and now my grandchildren's health care for over 20 years and have ALWAYS received outstanding care! The staff is caring and attentive and Dr. Horn takes time to listen and address our needs. His primary focus is always what is best for us medically not what is best for the insurance company and he has fought for us more than once to ensure that we receive the best care possible.

Dr. Warrington is very caring, and listens to what I have to say. Me and my granddaughter are new patients with her. I found her to be very professional and friendly.

Discharged me in regards to a family member speaking on the phone with them, and them giving invalidated reasoning as to why I am discharged. Staff will talk about you to their peers, and most importantly violate HIPPA. Save yourself and please don’t go to this doctors office.

I have been a patient of Southside for 20 years, as of 2023. Dr. Horn is a wonderful diagnostician with a very pleasant and respectful "bedside manner". While some staff members have been there for many years, there have also been a number who have since retired or moved on, as is to be expected. Everyone has always been gracious, professional, and courteous to me whenever I have called or had an appointment. As I have always reminded my students, respect is a two-way street, and we never know what personal issues someone is dealing with. So if there happens to be a day when an office employee doesn't seem as friendly or accommodating as we think they should be, there is no reason to take this personally and certainly no reason to dismiss or cast aspersion on the entire practice. Julia Warrington, NP has been seeing my adult son following a serious motorcycle accident. She has been wonderful. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and expert care. I have never had a doctor take as much time with us making sure that all of our concerns were addressed. I pray she never leaves Dover. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a NP.

lazy staff!!!!!!!!!! i live in Harrington and they are located in dover. i called there office to mail or fax me a new patient packet! guess what the manager lady said?? ( which when i asked her name because im reporting them to BBB she hung up on me ) she said we dont do that we are short staffed! you have to come pick it up in office!!!! i said are you kidding me????? like what!!?? Lol they do not accomadate and im glad i know now because i wouldnt want them to help me if i saw one of there Dr's. wowwwww is all i can say!! like you cant even print one off on the website!!!!!!!!!! i cant believe they dont do that!!!!!! shame on them!!
