Discharged me in regards to a family member speaking on the phone with them, and them giving invalidated reasoning as to why I am discharged. Staff will talk about you to their peers, and most importantly violate HIPPA. Save yourself and please don’t go to this doctors office.

I have been a patient of Southside for 20 years, as of 2023. Dr. Horn is a wonderful diagnostician with a very pleasant and respectful "bedside manner". While some staff members have been there for many years, there have also been a number who have since retired or moved on, as is to be expected. Everyone has always been gracious, professional, and courteous to me whenever I have called or had an appointment. As I have always reminded my students, respect is a two-way street, and we never know what personal issues someone is dealing with. So if there happens to be a day when an office employee doesn't seem as friendly or accommodating as we think they should be, there is no reason to take this personally and certainly no reason to dismiss or cast aspersion on the entire practice. Julia Warrington, NP has been seeing my adult son following a serious motorcycle accident. She has been wonderful. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and expert care. I have never had a doctor take as much time with us making sure that all of our concerns were addressed. I pray she never leaves Dover. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a NP.

lazy staff!!!!!!!!!! i live in Harrington and they are located in dover. i called there office to mail or fax me a new patient packet! guess what the manager lady said?? ( which when i asked her name because im reporting them to BBB she hung up on me ) she said we dont do that we are short staffed! you have to come pick it up in office!!!! i said are you kidding me????? like what!!?? Lol they do not accomadate and im glad i know now because i wouldnt want them to help me if i saw one of there Dr's. wowwwww is all i can say!! like you cant even print one off on the website!!!!!!!!!! i cant believe they dont do that!!!!!! shame on them!!

Staff is very polite and understanding. They are always willing to help even on short notice. The Doctor’s there are all awesome and are concern about your well being. Would not change any of the doctors there

The Dr.s are wonderful, who ever handles the paperwork afterwards and the front office staff absolutely awful. Makes going to the Dr. a bad experience every time. The attitudes and lack of knowledge unacceptable.

My husband and I have been going to Southside for a few years now. We liked and trusted Dr. Brian Horn. My experience is that Dr. Horn and his staff seem way too busy and not interested in answering any questions. We are overall disappointed with the service and will no longer be with Southside.

I've been going to them for a few years and never really had any problems with them until the last year... Most of the time when I call now, I get a rude receptionist. I also needed an MRI done because I've been getting lightheaded and stumbling for the last year. I got denied from the MRI from my health insurance because Allison Ford didn't put in enough notes about what was actually going on with my symptoms. When I called my health insurance to see why I had been denied, they told me if a doctor or P.A. would call them back and do a peer to peer, they could review it again and more than likely pay for the MRI. All they wanted was more information on my symptoms. When I called to tell Southside that, I was placed on hold and then a very rude lady answered and told me they don't do peer to peers. So I said, you guys are just going to let me continue to live with these symptoms because you don't want to take the time to call them, and she said that's why we're referring you to a neurologist. I told her I had already been to one three times and they didn't do anything, which is why I came back to them and she said well that's what Allison Ford told me to tell you.. long story short, don't come to this trash place if you are looking for a doctor who cares about your health, because they are definitely not it.

i have been a long term member of southside since my last doctor office closed down in Dover and I can honestly say they are very professional and respectful I haven’t had any problems or issues with staff at all I do understand everyone’s different opinions but I honestly don’t have a problem I would totally recommend Southsidefamily to everyone I mostly see alison most of the time and my son who is 12 also sees her

The doctors and nurse practitioners are great. They listen to you and are concerned for the patients well being. Is the front desk people or those women who answer the phone that have a dry and ho hum attitude. It's like they don't like their job. Their attitude sucks!!!

I will advise everyone to choose a different primary care physician. This office is more concerned with how many patients they can see then your actual problem. They will rush you out of the door, most of the time, without the proper medication. Probably so you'd have to make another appointment. Very dissatisfied with that entire office. The women that answer the phone are very curt. No one needs that when they are sick. PLEASE CHOOSE A NEW OR DIFFERENT PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN. It's in your best interest

I have had Doctor Willet since he came to Dover. He saw me in the emergency room when I had a bad asthma attack and I was his first patient when he opened his practice. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. He listens to me and acts like he has no other patience to see until I am completely satisfied with my questions. He recommends me to specialist that are just wonderful. He sits and goes over my results from the specialist with me and asks how things are going. I have never had a bad experience there and would recommend that office to anyone!!! After a hospital stay I get seen as directed by the hospital doctor.
