went to the dover t mobile today and had a great experience with the staff. Cory siles was a great help and saved me some money today. Management was great as well. Julio was very polite and helped me out with some valuable information regarding my visit today

Terrible service. Came with my husband to add a line. We sat waiting for over half-hour before we got any engagement from store team. There was a handful of associates in the back, but only one associate on the floor helping the customers ahead of us.It took a grand total of three associates to assist the nice couple ahead of us, and from what I could hear of the transaction they weren’t very much help at all.None of the other team members in the back were willing to help any of the other customers in the store; according to the GM they were all in training. None of the customers waiting to be served were acknowledged by the gaggle of associates vacillating between the back of store and the floor.We finally asked if we should come back another time, and were told the next available associate wouldn’t be in-store for another 15 minutes on top of the near hour we’d already been there. The manager did not seem at all concerned with the poor quality of service. Eventually, we and the customers behind us left since there was no available associate. Truly a terrible experience for this longtime customer.

I had to go to the T mobile store due to an issue with my Sim card for my new phone. Roma helped me out and the level of professionalism was top notch. She was also about to multi task with our customers and got our issues taken care of in a timely fashion. If you need some assistance for your T Mobile service go there and ask for Roma! She will take good care of you.

Today I was at T Mobile in Dover, DE and was assisted by Anthony Cross and Nana Manuh. As soon as I entered the store, these gentlemen welcomed me with a smile and great enthusiasm!They were both very knowledgeable and professional and catered to my needs and requests. I observed them working with other patrons and they showed the same demeanor as with me. Please let them know how much I appreciated their assistance. I will make sure to refer everyone I know to this location and to ask for these gentlemen for assistance.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at T-Mobile in Dover store 9730. I was assisted by Tanner and Derrick the assistant manager. They answered all my questions and got me a great deal on my iPhone and Apple Watch.Amazing customer would highly recommend.

This review is two fold, called the store and a man answered the phone, gave him phone description and make and model number and was told they were in stock. I felt like my asking questions to him were a disruption to his day, but since we have t mobile and they stated the phones are in stock at the store we decided to go buy them, get to the store and of course they don't have any in stock. 1 star for this clown. The young lady who waited on us couldn't have more polite, and was very apologetic. 5 stars for her. We wanted to knock this out in one trip, ordered the phones and they will be delivered to our house, she told us come in and I can transfer everything over when you get them. Disappointing to be told yes we have them and no they don't, that was the whole point of calling ahead. 3 star's overall as again, young lady who waited on us had stellar customer service skills. July 6 2023 update, phone finally get delivered and we go to store to get them turned and transfer every thing, greeted at the door by an employee and said have a seat we will be with you shortly. So this guy proceeds to chat with a young lady for 15 minutes, (not phone related) while the other 3 guys help one customer and bs the whole time, one young lady is busy helping a customer, another guy is stocking shelves. After 15 minutes I'm frustrated with the lack of customer service and am about to leave and go to another store when someone decided to come from out back and help us while the guy who greeted us continued to chat up this young lady. The men here are quite lazy and have no customer skills whatsoever, if you choose to use this location get one of the young ladies to help you as they don't seem to have a issue doing their job. We've been T-Mobile customers awhile now but I'll never return to this store, I saw 6 employees working, a total of 4 customers which included myself and my wife, they just don't care, T-Mobile charges us $35 a total of $70 to activate these phones and they just go about their business day like they are doing you a favor. Back to 1 star.

Best store with best customer experience! The representative Roma is very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. She greeted my family as soon as we enter the store. I am glad i switched to tmobile.

Great service and experience. I entered with a broken phone and not a lot of clear direction, and left with a better attitude and phone.Great staff, great service, upbeat, helpful, knowledgeable, cool, fun, unique, and friendly.Made the Sprint to T-Mobile shift a little bit easier.Check them out!Peace and blessings.
