The only thing I don't like is when I use the TD BANK ATM a person in front of me acts like they are confused and I know it's not their first time using the card, you just know, 20 minutes later I finally get to the machine only to find out no receipt paper.

Joining TD Bank has been a beautiful experience. My husband who isn't easily smitten, appreciated their superior customer service when he opened his account, and echoed his sentiments by recommending that I opened one up with them as I mentioned the need to do so. Now, I am thrilled to second his sentiments. The process of setting up my business account was smooth, thanks to Jessica. She ensured clarity on the required documents and set clear expectations beforehand. Jessica's warm welcome and personalized service made me feel valued and appreciated. I am excited to be part of the TD Bank family, and I highly recommend their services.

You know I like this TD in Dover . I haven’t had any problems with them yet . They have been very good to me , the only issue I have with TD is they have so many Fees for everything . Every little thing you do . Also why tell me I have over draft protection when it doesn’t let me over draft ? I had to recently get a TD account because my job gives up paper checks that are from TD bank . I was having a million issues trying to get my pay checks deposited or cashed anywhere else so I had opened the account . Really should consider getting rid of all those pointless fees , you make enough money .Edit: I can say now I have had some issues with this TD bank. I go every two weeks to cash my pay check and then deposit it into my account they know me very well now and I came in one week and I was assisted by a woman who I have never had, I told her what I would like done and she did not do it correct and I also had asked them to break some bigger bills down that I had from my job to put in the till and when I came back on my break noticing that the woman did not do the correct transaction another woman was very rude and tried to say she saw her give me money. Yeah obviously because I asked for bills to be broken down. Obviously if it was done correctly I wouldn’t be back, as If I was lying that the woman messed up and she was very rude telling me she couldn’t help me and that the woman who did my transaction was on lunch so she couldn’t do anything for me and I told them I don’t care I want my money and transaction done correct and she still proceeded to say she couldn’t do anything for me and the woman who did the transaction walked back in and the rude woman said oh she is still on her lunch break we will give you a call. Well another woman ended up calling me and she ended up fixing it for me.

I have always had wonderful customer service here wether it’s over the phone, drive through or in person. The staff is always friendly and get things done quickly.

Took my friend there to deposit cash into his account through the ATM during off hours. Deposited $2000 in cash ($100 bills),the machine then denied his deposit. Gave him back $1800, kept his other $200 and his debit card. Contacted headquarter and also had a staff at this branch opening a case. They credited his account and later reversed it about 2 months later. They claimed to have investigated and found no error. If there were no issue, why did the ATM kept his card? Thieves! Myself and the rest of friends and family will close our accounts as well.

The worst and Not Getting Any Better This Bank is behind on everything they take your money asap but nothing shows up for 2/3 days they are not good at balancing and they charge for paperless statements also customer service is Horrible on the phone and in person.TDbank went from sugar to $h!! the hours location and customer service.

Luckily, I’ve never had any issues with my checking account and I’m very grateful for that however, I always have issues when it comes to calling or a customer service. For some reason they never take their calls, so I always end up calling a different TD Bank, which usually always takes my calls just to ask simple information that for some reason I can’t ever get at this TD Bank. I know it’s can get hard because you are in the field of customer service, but that doesn’t mean to be what can be seen as rude to customers. When I have gotten hold of someone they have tended to end the call before even being done sometimes or they just don’t answer things which is very frustrating when you’re literally just calling for a question to the answered.

Td bank has high fees. I was with them for many years and but their customer service definitely has changed and not for better! This location is the worst location as far an inside is unattractive, furniture you can’t sit on not only dirty but torn up! Yuck! I changed to different bank!

Horrible is all I can come up with they just closed but we’re all Inside chatting so I used the ATM. For some reason the machine froze up with my information on the screen and it still had my card. I knocked on the glass doors to find out what I should do, who should I contact, as if it’s just going to unfreeze and spit my card out when I’m gone? And all they did was shake their head and yelled that they’re closed. For 5 minutes I did this. They just turned their back on me and kept chatting. THE WORST SERVICE EVER

Terrible banking experience very incompetent staff and they did nothing to help me at the branch. They need to stay open 7 days a week to retain business.

I’m at a loss as to why no one is ever available to answer the phone at this location and on top of that the atm always seems to be malfunctioning. Its bad enough there are no other atms available in my location so you’d think they would have the only one they have maintenances on a regular basis so their customers aren’t inconvenienced.
