Took my car in for an alignment on a Friday. After an hour of waiting they told me the machine is not working all of a sudden after completing two alignments earlier that day and they’ve called the number for someone to fix it. Offered me an appointment for the following Tuesday. While I appreciate their effort to accommodate my needs, I did not need to wait over an hour for them to figure out they couldn’t complete my alignment.

They put all new tires on my car and did an oil change. Wonderful job. Great customer service. I will be a returning customer. Thank you for the wonderful work and great price!

Went to Tire King to get my car fixed, new tie rods an alignment and 4 brand new tires. I cannot begin to tell you how satisfied I am with their work and customer service they worked with me for a great price and got it all done in one day. Highly recommend using them for car repairs my car drives like a dream and finally doesn’t shake at 70 MPH glad to have my safety back for my kids and family! Thank you all so much! 💯❤️

I brought my car in to purchase four new Bridgestone Blizzak WS90 tires to replace four fairly new tires that just didn't seem to grab the road whenever it was wet. I did not purchase the other four tires here at Tire King, but I do not fault the other shop. The Bridgestone Blizzak WS90s are the top-rated tire for wet and wintery roads. I also got a tire alignment to optimize my new tires.
I was in and out in an hour. They have about the friendliest crew I've ever known and they did not fail to give me great service.
I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. I could not have asked for better service.

Highly NOT recommended!! At first the experience was pleasant but, at check out when experiencing to the “young lady” at the front that I brought my own spare down on my vehicle due to the gentleman not knowing how she express “I’m rude, that I’m not allowed back into her establishment, she stated she even moved me in front of others that were in “line” but I never asked for that I came to receive a service and never placed a time limit so placing me ahead in the line was a personal decision she decided to make! For a plug and “getting my spare down off my truck was a grand total of $35.00. $25.00 to plug the spare & $10.00 to get the spare off. That additional $10.00 cost which I never stated I wouldn’t pay I stated that I brought the tire down myself. But, long story short I still handed a gentleman that worked at the establishment the $10.00 BUT I highly will not recommend to ANYONE due to her rude and obnoxious ways!! She’s the “owner”supposedly but, NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT EXPEDITIOUSLY because she truly doesn’t know how to talk to others!!!!!

Went there today for a slow leak in my tire. What a great group of people! Got it done fast and very reasonably priced, they even gave a discount for Bayhealth employees. Highly recommend and will be returning for sure. Many thanks!!

This place was amazing I got off work at 4 and needed to get some tires mounted and balanced on my new wheels. And I called to check and see if they were able to do it and they were able to get it done for me and it was only $120 for mount and balance for 4 tires. I will definitely being going back for any needs that I have car related.
