Great customer service. The lady at counter had a nice attitude and I respect/patient while she was on the phone. The only thing that I didn’t like counter being so high and she was so low .

Would give ZERO stars if I could. I Rented a 20' Truck and was called 15 minutes prior to pickup that they would NOT be able to honor my reservation. I understand things happen but to call a customer that last minute with NO other options than a cargo van is unacceptable. They suggested I could drive 1.5 Hours away to go get something, which I'm sure they then would have charged me for all the mileage.

It could not have gone any smoother (especially with uploading my license the night before). Very thorough, polite, prompt, professional, and kind. Truck was exactly as it should be with cleanliness, fuel full, and driving with no worry.

I didn't use uhaul...there is also storage there, which I use monthly...it's the same employees, and they are all great! I wouldn't trust anyone else. =)

Prices were pretty high IMO. The packing paper they are selling is $15 vs $9 at Walmart....

They were rude everytime I went in. Also the boxes I purchased from them made all of my clothes smell like a mildew basement. I’ve had to use vinegar to get the smell out of them. Which is very annoying since I bought wardrobe boxes so they could go straight from one location to another within 20 miles. Clothes were only in boxes for about a week.

Professional staff eager to get you back on the road. this U-Haul Outlet has anything from two wheel dollies for Towing small truck starting at 18 ft up to a large 24 footer to the packs a two-bedroom home in one trip their prices and mileage charge as Fair and I have to use their services many times and have been completely satisfied
