Don't call this store and leave a request for them to return the call. THEY WILL NOT TAKE 5 MINUTES TO CALL YOU BACK. I AM HANDICAPPED AND NEED INFORMATION PRIOR TO MAKING THE TRIP TO THE STORE.

To send a document to Florida just cost me $38.27 at the UPS Store in Dover, Delaware! It was sent in a padded envelope that I provided and weighted just about nothing. And this was the slowest and least amount they offered. I would have sent it via the post office but they loose far too much mail so I was stuck. NEVER GOING BACK...EVER! This is pure highway robbery! UPS has lost my business forever.

I normally stop at this place to return packages. I’ve always had smooth experiences. Plenty of parking nearby. Staff I’ve encountered have been friendly!

The service is outstanding even when they are very busy. Some customers are rude and impatient with the workers.

They are always polite, quick, and efficient. This is a feat too because the store is small and I've seen people get frustrated due to that.

I personally have always gotten better service with UPS versus FedEx today though in particular we went to the Dover UPS store so I could return a product to Amazon. There were about six or seven people ahead of me and two guys working. I was fortunate enough to have Chuck wait on me. I thought I had set up the return completely at home but when I went into the store I didn’t have anything to scan or the QR code or anything. Chuck said no problem pull up your account. He walked me right through it and I forgot to hit complete when I was at home but nonetheless he took excellent care of me. my return got completed and he had such a nice attitude Even though it was really busy in there. Chuck definitely knows good customer service and he had a sense of urgency with every customer that he took care of.

UPS stinks. Says package was delivered by UPS. Called UPS and he said it was transferred to USPS when I got a message stating that UPS delivered. He said USPS requested it be sent to them. I have never in my life heard that. I hope I never have to use UPS. I will use FedEx.

Big big help today from Paige! I had no WiFi there and she took care of everything with her phone and got my return package on its way fast! I appreciated her kindness and fast thinking.
