Absolutely agreed to Jenine’s review below. That old man is extremely rude and he even questioned “my signature is not good”. I was like, first of all, it’s my signature and why do you want to judge!?Second of all,how good are you going to expect to sign on that little rough signature machine?

The front desk staffer was an older white man and he was extremely rude to me and others around. I am really disappointed in the way he handled himself, even with his co-workers. The ladies in the back taking the pictures and fingerprints were very professional and efficient.

I have never seen such rude staffs in USCIS office like this one before. The way they communicate is just very unpleasant. Also very rude to people who don’t understand English.

They are helpful, but definately need to work on the way they communicate with people. I understand if they had a bad day, but it doesnt mean they have to let it out on someone that doesnt understand english.
