“I had a really good experience buying a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox from here. The two guys and the mechanic I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I never felt played or like I was just another sale. They were upfront, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth.
What ultimately made me decide to leave this review was how they treated me after the sale. They’ve been willing to work with me regarding a few concerns I noticed with the vehicle and helped replace the issues that were found at a much lower cost than what another auto shop would have charged, which I really, really appreciate. Unfortunately, it’s a used vehicle, so I didn’t expect it to have zero issues. What mattered to me was that they were willing to help address the issues I did have. The vehicle also came with a written 3-month warranty on the engine and transmission, which is something not many dealers offer.
In the past, I’ve bought cars where once I signed paperwork, the car was mine and the dealer offered no help afterward. It’s nice to know they stand behind their customers, are willing to help, and continue treating ppl with kindness even after the purchase.
I highly recommend this place. This was my first time dealing with them, and based on the customer service I’ve received, I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for another vehicle. That said, I still recommend test-driving any vehicle and if possible, having it inspected before you buy. That’s just good practice with any used car. From my experience, though, these guys are honest and not out to scam people.
To the sellers I worked with, keep doing what you do. The way you treat customers really makes a difference, and it’s appreciated. It’s rare to find that kind of experience when buying a used vehicle.”
