Dr Perza was fabulous. Answered all our questions, and provided more info on controlling weight than any other vet we've been to. Others have said he was overweight, but Dr Perza gave us a target weight and strategies to get him there. Also have multiple strategies for dealing with his skin condition. Great Vet!!

Can’t get prescriptions outsourced, have to get a paper copy and do it myself. Almost everything they charge is 30%+ higher than other local vets and double the standard exam and bloodwork fees. $225 for heartworm test and an exam when I can go elsewhere and get it under $100. I tried to stay loyal but prices are becoming outrageous, didn’t tell me their exam fees increased until they presented the bill.

The staff is very knowledgeable and lovely. My dog's last visit was very detailed but very costly.

Great staff! My Gage (dog)passed suddenly... he didn't have a vet setup in our new home state. They still treated us like members and followed up with us even after his cremation. I am very grateful for the staff during my family and my time of need.

RUDE STAFF. I have been here a few times with my cats having bladder crystals. I just called today to get an appointment for my senior cat who is sick. I was put on hold three times and kept getting disconnected, it happens, but when I finally got to a person she was rude. I had some basic questions about cost of care for my cat with severe diarrhea Mostly wanted a price range of labs or stool tests cost and was basically lectured for not having my cat seen since 2017 and told the visit was over 100 dollars and she could not tell me cost of any other testing. she seemed annoyed that I had questions. I called anther office got an appointment with half the cost to be seen. they let me know the cost range of standard blood work and the cost to have his stool analyzed with no headaches. I would not recommend VCA and I will never take another animal there. It is hard when your pet is sick and we all process and deal with that differently when I asked for the office manager the lady that was rude to me answered her name was Tracy when I asked to speak to someone else she would not let me. and then she told me my cat was never seen there. I WOULD NOT GO HERE THEY ARE TWICE THE COST OF OTHER PLACES IN THE AREA FOR JUST THE VISIT FEE. and they are rude.

Very nice vet. The staff was great and super helpful. The facility itself was new and very nice. My animal needed some quick attention and they were able to see me the day I called. The only problem with quality is that there is normally a price associated with it. VCA is a little costly. Not to say that their service isn't worth it, but care can become costly.

Beware!!! Super predatory. I recently adopted a kitten from the shelter ( nothing against the shelter they are great), and I got a "free" post adoption appointment with the adoption. Normally, the shelter vets are ones that handle that appointment but I got a phone call from the vca to setup that "free appointment with them. The appointment was scheduled for after the 14 day free voucher time, which I didn't find out about under my kitten was already seen and I was presented with a 500 bill for a 7 minute exam plus meds and " prepayment of tests. After I complained the bill became 110 for just the meds that they refused to let me source via alternative vendors like chewy or my actual vet. I will never use them again period. The vet herself was nice enough but the experience was super scammy. I guess you have to pay for the fancy building someway.

My family has been with VCA since before I was born. So I can not say anything bad about them or we would have left. Over 45 years my family has been with them.

I have been here twice, with a third appointment scheduled. The ONLY reason I have kept this appointment and not gone somewhere else is because of their hours. Both experiences were with my brand new puppy, (I've never owned a dog before) and were at 5:30PM. We were rushed through the entire appointment, had an iPad shoved in my face while the doctor was talking to me to get me to agree to pay for all of this stuff, not even sure what it's for. They charged me for random medicines and things I did not ask for. Every time we've been it's completely obvious that we are the last appointment of the day and everyone was so eager to get us out of there both times. Last time we were asked if we had anything we wanted the doctor to look at, I said yes, the vet tech came in and gave my dog a shot and then they said "Okay thanks for stopping by, we'll get you checked out at the front" I said, "Well I wanted to ask the doctor about xxx", to which she goes "oh, right. let me go get him". Dr. G comes in, and acted like he was so incredibly annoyed to be there and that he was asked to check on such a 'non issue'. My questions are never answered here, it seems like we are just an inconvenience in everyone's day, and it is insanely overpriced!!! Once my dog is finished with his starter shots, I will be finding a nice vet who LISTENS to me and who doesn't shove an iPad with prices in my face while never explaining what they are. This place is criminal.
