I was referred to see Justin in the Dover office by my son who had dealt with him to purchase a new phone for himself and daughter.
Justin was very pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable of all productz and was able to find the best plan for me. He explained the new phone features. He definitely is s valuable Verizon employee.

Going to this Verizon location was the first time in years I felt as though my time was valued by efficient and thoughtful service! I was even willing to travel 45 mins! Not to mention transferring to Verizon saved me more than 100 a month but the service is what was more valuable! Even if I was paying more than my original bill I would make this decision to switch over and over again! I highly rec to anyone that wants top tier customer service!

Rockey is quite the gentleman and very professional. He was the main contributor to my going with Verizon .I am bragging on the service to all who listen as well as the demeanor we been greeted with on all of our visits to this store. Justin was incredibly helpful to me today! He took the time and patience to set me up with my phone replacement and new tablet. he was very courteous and knowledgeable and made things a lot easier for me. He is a great representative for Verizon.
